One of the best purchases I've made for my small ebay business. This thing is fantastic! Highly recommend... easy to use, nice app, fast speed, good quality and you never need to replace ink! Mine came with about 100 labels. Perfect.

The printer itself is great but I am having difficulty printing off my phone which is the whole reason for purchasing. It is printing the label too small. I have tried every suggestion I have read and it still prints tiny. :(

I spent almost 2 hours trying to get this thing to work, and it just doesn't. It won't connect with Bluetooth, it won't connect to my computer's printers & devices, it won't connect to my phone, and the app that is suggested was almost impossible to download -- my devices gave me a hundred warnings of how unsafe it was to download to my phone. So, nothing connects and I can't print. Awesome. This has just become an expensive paperweight.

Has been reliable. Once you understand the app its easy to use. The print quality is fine and comes with a set of labels so no need to purchase separately. A good deal over all.

Build quality is very good and prints as good as any thermal printer Iโve ever used.Easy to operate and loading paper labels is a breeze.Setup was simple both Bluetooth and direct using the USB cable.Small footprint and very quiet noise level.Great value for the money.

I donโt really have any complaints or concerns other than, you have to use an app and it takes a while to learn how to print the labels. What I mean is, I thought I could connect it directly to my laptop and print the labels from there but instead, I have to download the label from my laptop and email it to myself so that I can then download it on my phone and then print it with the app. And on the app, it took me a while to figure out which option it was to print the label, turns out itโs the image printing one, since I saved it to my gallery.
