I was worried that this wouldn't work with my MacBook based, but it works perfectly. I downloaded the app from the app store and connected it via Bluetooth. It was really easy to setup and it prints pretty fast. No more buying ink, paper or tape to use to mail packages out anymore. This was worth every penny.

"I bought this machine to print shipping labels and I was surprised how easy and fast it is. With just a few clicks I have good quality labels and that helps me save time. I'm very happy with my purchase!"

Finally I got a good one! I had other label printers before but this one is the best one yet. The quality is incredible! It easily connects with my phone and it prints very fast.

This was purchased for a family member to help them with their Etsy business. They report that it is working well and I have seen the labels, they look nice. Other than that, it is a pretty basic little device at an affordable price, so I think you would probably be happy with it. This was given at Christmas, so I can't really comment on how long they last. My guess is that a heavy user might wear out the print head eventually, as that is the common failure point for thermal label printers. Thermal labels are pretty abrasive. Even very expensive industrial thermal printers sometimes need printheads replaced.

I spent time on the phone trying to figure out why the software crashes every time I try to create a template or import a template. They don't know why. It doesn't print proper size, even when I send a pdf that is the exact size as the paper. DON'T BUY THIS!

The D450BT is a compact, portable thermal label printer that has a great deal of features. This is another great on the go printer. I was able to setup the printer using the app on Bluetooth without trouble. The instructions were easy to follow. The printing quality is solid and clear. The D450BT is designed for a variety of tasks, from shipping labels to address labels to product tags. It supports a wide range of label sizes, and styles. The printer itself is quiet and fast, (150mm/s) handling multiple prints without any lag.I personally loved using the app to create labels. I don't need to take a large laptop with me when not at home and the app allows me to customize and create labels directly from my phone. These thermal printers are known for great battery life and this lil printer's battery life is impressive. The printer feels sturdy, though still light enough to carry around easily. The D450BT’s label roll capacity is small, so you may need to change rolls more often than with larger printers. But I think that this is a portable device more that a robust office machine, so there's no issue with the labels for me.Overall, the D450BT is an excellent value for anyone needing a portable, reliable label printer with easy setup, strong performance, and a user-friendly interface.

Overall, this is an excellent value for a home office thermal label printer. It delivers sharp print quality, supports a myriad of label formats/types, and has a pretty straightforward setup process. However, my biggest frustration is its poorly implemented USB-C port, which only works with USB-A to USB-C cables, not USB-C to USB-C - an oversight that causes unnecessary setup confusion.High-end Zebra label printers are great, but far beyond my budget. After struggling with peeling clear packing tape off shipping labels one too many times, I finally decided to shop for a home office-grade thermal printer.I chose this unit because of its full-size 4x6-inch shipping label support, along with the ability to handle various label sizes and types (pre-perforated, continuous, and bar-separated). At first glance, it packs a lot of features for the money - but it’s not without its flaws.Unboxing & Setup ExperienceThe unboxing was straightforward: well-packaged with everything needed to get started, including a sample pack of 4x6-inch thermal labels - a nice touch. The quick start guide is well-translated and makes setup a breeze. Additionally, the manufacturer’s website and YouTube channel offer helpful guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.Device Compatibility & Software ExperienceI tested this printer on Windows and two iOS devices (iPhone & iPad). My Android device was unavailable for testing.Windows Setup: Seamless. The driver installed automatically when I connected the printer via USB. The settings menu allows for plenty of customization, though some translation errors in the driver interface could use fixing - terms like "Study gap label" and "Lack Paper Learn" aren’t quite right...iOS Setup: Surprisingly smooth. The Bluetooth connection is stable, and the companion app works well for printing PDFs. You can crop images, adjust PDFs, and even create simple label templates. The template generator is basic, and searching for templates is a bit clunky, but overall, it gets the job done.Print QualityFor the price, print quality is impressive. While it doesn’t match the sharpness of high-end Zebra printers, the labels are crisp, clear, and easy to read - no doubt more than sufficient for shipping purposes. Even smaller font sizes print legibly, ensuring no issues with barcode scanning or readability. The Downsides1. The biggest letdown is that the USB-C port only works with USB-A to USB-C cables and does NOT support USB-C to USB-C connections. This caused initial setup frustration, requiring trial-and-error with different devices and cables until I pinpointed the issue. Given that USB-C is supposed to be universal, this is a significant oversight that Omezizy should address in a future version.2. While Bluetooth works well, it has limitations: shorter range and single-device pairing.I would have preferred WiFi or Ethernet as additional connectivity options for better flexibility and multi-device support.3. While most menus are properly translated, some critical configuration options still have awkward phrasing that could confuse users. A pass by professional translators would go a long way in improving clarity.Final VerdictThis printer performs exceptionally well for the price, with sharp prints, easy setup, and strong Bluetooth connectivity. However, the flawed USB-C implementation is a major drawback, and the driver software could use a translation cleanup. If you need an affordable, high-quality label printer for home office use, this is a great option - just be prepared for some quirks. If Omezizy releases a version with proper USB-C support and an Ethernet jack, it could easily be a top-tier choice in its category.

So I wanted a thermal printer that didn't break the bank(black Friday deal also), printed well and one that hid the thermal paper in itself so as not to take up more room. It was easy to set up to print the test page. After reading some reviews about the Bluetooth not working well I did not experience that. I have a Pixel 8A and Bluetooth works perfect. Since this was my first experience with setting up a thermal printer to print from my phone it took a few wasted prints to get the setup correct. I use it for eBay. First I had to make sure my setting on eBay was set at 4x6 printing. Second I save my label. It automatically save as PDF. Third I open my label app and select PDF and import it. Then I select from the list in my file and it pops right up. Hit print and it does an excellent job. Very clear and sharp. Takes like10 seconds to do this. Worth the price and I picked some label rolls on a black Friday deal so they come out to 1cent a piece. Was definitely worth it for me. Saves me some time and money from using my regular printer.
