Standard height 2018 ram 2500 is too tall for this ladder. It stands straight down and barely reaches the ground. The joints don’t move easily. If it was in the 100 dollar range I wouldn’t complain but at 200 dollar price point the only thing that has been easy was installation. Also it added enough weight to the tailgate that the easy open doesn’t work anymore and if you aren’t careful the tailgate will slam open...
