Awful installation, terrible instructions, took 6 hours of crawling under my truck to get this installed. Not to mention that you need to install a part stamped "P" passenger on the driver's side, and vice versa. Workmanship leaves me sure this thing will rust in few years. Should have returned them while I had the chance

Great looking steps. It is 5stars, but only got 4 due to 1 of the rivets that looks like its rusting already. Really don't like that 😕 on these new steps. Other wise love them.

I gave the steps a 5-star review as I think they are a 5-star product once they are installed. They look great and function great. That said the instructions are terrible. The few "figures" provided to show how the brackets install are poor at best. Additionally there are 6 brackets which install on the pinch-welds. 3 for the drivers side and 3 for the passenger side. These brackets are clearly labeled D and P. Unfortunately the middle drivers side and passenger side brackets have to be swapped. This isn't a huge issue but is a bit frustrating.

When you receive your running boards check them over very carefully. I noticed a chip in the powder coating (yep that's going to rust) in 2 places, and with further inspection, there were 3 dents that were over looked as well. I would have happily returned them, but my husband wanted to surprise me by installing them and he destroyed the box them came in. There was no physical damage to the box upon arrival, but because we couldn't send pics of box, we couldn't return them. I will eventually replace these running boards with different ones and had they not arrived damaged from the factory I would have given 5 stars.
