These modular bars and clamps are made of sturdy and corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum. The bars measure in at 36 inches long, with 3/4-inch-wide by 3/8-inch-deep tracks, while the clamps measure in at 5-1/2 by 1-1/8 inches. Our universal double-cut profile accepts 1/4-inch or 5/16-inch T-bolts, as well as standard 1/4-inch hex bolts, and includes pre-drilled holes and wood screws for mounting the bars to your jig base of choice. With ergonomic knobs for quick adjustment, our clamps maximize strength, visibility, and accessibility, and include rubber covers to prevent damage to your workpiece. The first one i received was missing several parts. I contacted Wen via the number Amazon has for them. They actually answered the phone! (I'm always leery of getting support from discount-priced brands). The guy was very helpful and understanding. He sent a whole replacement kit that arrived the day after next (2-day shipping). I did have to return the other (for whatever that might have been worth), but they didn't have any trouble accepting a 30-day cross-ship of the replacement (meaning: they send the replacement immediately and I can procrastinate up to 30 days before finally dropping their original item in the mail back to them).Now that I have all of the parts, it's working great. The build quality seems to be as good as any other bigger-named version of these clamps I've seen.
