I can’t believe that I’m paying 300 dollars for such a cheap piece of garbage.I haven’t even tried it yet but for this kind of price, I expected something that felt well built.It’s all plastic except for the connections and it’s cheap plastic. The part of the head is so thin that’s very likely to break at first glance. And it’s not even tight, it’s quite loose and feels really cheap and not sturdy.The handle isn’t even smooth.This is just a rechargeable battery with a very cheap plastic cover.

I received the product today, there is no USB cord included as described and as shown in the display picture. It is a total rip off. The reason I ordered this part is that I want both the charger and the USB cord. I need an explanation from the seller. According to the questions that I found below from other customers to the seller, the USB cord is supposed to be included in the package, please see below:****The picture shows the USB cord, does this product include the USB? if I order this, would I be getting the 71900 USB?****Answer: The power handle comes with the USB cable to charge the handle in any USB port. My original dx handle finally died (the silver Ni-Cd battery style) and I was very fortunate to find this handle. It works with all of my other attachments so that saves me having to spend an extra $500 for the attachments. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I have used it for over six months now. Handle is light. The charger is super easy to use and one charge can last a really long time. Way brighter and clearer than the cheaper one I used. Definitely worth the money.

This is my second Welch Allyn battery. My first one lasted 10 years before it fell apart. I am expecting same quality. So far it appears to be good.

Many people say that this product is weak. However, I have used the same handle for over 5 years and I LOVE IT!!! It has never broken, the batteries last as long today as it did in the beginning, but I do let it run down before I charge it. I have never had a problem with it breaking. I now have 3 and we have 3 audiologists using them and all three of us love it. It is so much lighter in weight than the Nickel Cadmium battery. I won't ever go back.
