Don't get the 22 inch tubing it's way to short to work with people. Get the 28". This is way too short for working with actual patients and not significantly louder.

There’s not much glamour in a steth tube. It replaced my broken one. Works like a rubbery tube should, and it’s not one of those awful stiff tubes that won’t lie flat.

Keeps my original stethoscope plugging along after 25 years. I do find that I now prefer the longer tubing
