The attachment size is too large for Littmann stethoscopes. While it technically fits, it slides around too much, creating an unstable and uncomfortable experience. Each time I used it, I felt like I might accidentally poke my eardrum due to the poor fit and had to stabilize the ear piece while putting them in. Unfortunately, one of the attachments even fell off after just a few days. Overall, it doesn’t feel secure or safe for regular use.

These fit my MDF Procardial Stethoscope pretty well. These are a touch smaller than the originals and thus just a bit less comfortable, at least now at the beginning. cheap and would by again.

Apparently, I need a type of screw on ear-tip. These in size small, the metal just slipped right thru the earpiece tips; would not stay above the metal. Very uncomfortable and not safe for my ears. Did not return as I had tried to use them. Not sure what I missed in the advertising, thought these would work, but they did not work for me at all. Moving on to another Litmann specific replacement part.

These fit my ADC infant stethoscope! They like snap on. They won't fit a litman stethoscope so don't try it for that. My original pair tore and it took a while to find a replacement that would fit.
