This 12lb blanket is the perfect weight and size for me (110lbs, female). I had a heavier weighted blanket a few years ago, but it was too heavy and made me feel smothered. This blanket is just the size to cover a queen size bed with no hangover on the sides. I prefer this as it allows me to get in and out of bed easier. The weighted beads seem to be contained in another pouch inside each of the individual squares of the blanket. My last weighted blanket has loose beads in each of the squares. This became a problem when we got a tear in the blanket and the beads started coming out. Given the price, it was a good value for us. And it does help me sleep better.

Bought the 15 lb one, and it is surprisingly heavy for what it is.I thought 15 lb would be nothing since I could easily lift that much, plus it would be distributed over the entire area of the blanket. However, I can really feel the extra weight from neck to toe.I think I could have been happy with a 12 lb one as well, but this is really nice too.All in all, this blanket gives a strange feeling of assurance and safety. So, mission accomplished.I bought the size that covers me from toe to just shy of the neck.I still use a wide but very thin blanket and then put this one on top of the thin blanket.Hopefully I won't have to clean this so often this way, plus I get to have extra fabric around me just in case.Also seems well-made, I don't see any particular flaw or smell anything weird.The blanket arrived clean and in good condition.Very happy with the purchase!

Lovely blanket with well stitched divisions that don't clump together. Nice and cool on hot nights but with a comforting weight and pair it with a light comforter for cooler nights. Great value! Love it!

First off, I was not expecting it to go corner to corner, side to side, on my queen size bed. So a bit bigger than I anticipated, which was actually quite awesome! Secondly, husband and I absolutely love this blanket. It’s soft and very comfortable, with a really perfect weight. Do highly recommend!The only draw back is that I didn’t realize when ordering it that I couldn’t wash it in our machine washer. We’re older so not so sure what we’re going to do when it comes time to wash it.

This product is exactly what I was envisioning when I ordered it. It feels heavy when you lift it on to the bed but sleeping underneath it is wonderful. I have never used a weighted blanket before but it is perfect for comfort and warmth. Good price and good quality.However, I have only had it on the bed for a month so hopefully the quality lasts.

Helps my kid go to sleep much easier at night. Sleeping through the night. Small enough he can carry it. Durable. Great gift, but I would suggest a duvet cover. Super warm too.

Twin size weighted blanket, 15 lb. It's a very nice blanket. Upon opening we inspected every seam closely and it arrived clean and well made without issues of any kind. The white is true white. The weight is so comfortable! Because of the weight in the blanket squares, it is nice to have a size that does not hang over the sides the bed. I do not know but wonder if that would affect the life of such a product. The corner seams are doubled up for extra stability. It could go nicely in a duvet cover but we sandwiched it between other blankets, instead, to reduce the need for frequent washing. It is not something we will be machine washing but will hand wash and air dry in a warm area with good ventilation. This blanket is an absolute dream, it improves quality of sleep. It would make someone a very nice gift of comfort.

I used this blanket last night, was a bit concerned as it was quite heavy. Once it was spread out on the bed it was fine. I liked the weight of it and I did seem to sleep better.
