I bought this blanket to replace another weighted blanket that I have that I didn't feel was heavy enough. I gave the lighter one to my son and have been using this one for a few months now and I'm SO glad I upgraded. It's soft, can cover my king sized bed (but I sleep with it doubled over on me) and helps me sleep SO much. I've even traveled with it a few times, if I was driving, because I know how much it helps me sleep. I would absolutely buy this again for a gift or to have a second one around if I needed it.

I love the quality and weight of this blanket. It feels lux. It’s the perfect temperature while still providing the weighted blanket experience.The down side is the way the weaving works it snags really easily. The way it’s knit it’s real it hard to even out the single stand being snagged. Be mindful of clothe with zippers or jeans hardware around it. Even a trimmed toe nail can snag it. I usually only use it now when I’m wearing simple jammies and socks.Otherwise the quality is lovely, the construction is frustrating.It hasn’t gotten pilly like other woven weighted blankets.I think it’s a little over priced for the fact that it looks snagged quickly. If I knew it would have snagged I would have returned it. But it still functions.

I really like this weighted blanket. It’s cute and comfy and I enjoy that I dont have to worry about any kind of glass beading inside of the blanket. Isnt itchy or scratchy like you can sometimes expect from knitted blankets. It’s the perfect size for a full size bed and I’m surprised that it’s actually a decent weight. It washed and dried easily in my machine at home without any kind of issue or worry. My only complaint though is that anytime something snags or gets caught on the blanket it pulls out some threading and there’s no way I can manage to fix it. So now I have random loops of thread just hanging all over the place. It’s not horrible and I should’ve expected that might happen with a knitted blanket but it does drive me a bit crazy everytime. It also seems to be a much warmer than my previous weighted blanket was which isn’t necessarily bad but it might not be a good one to use come summer time

The whole family loves this blanket! Prefer this style to a weighted blanket with beads for adding weight. Looks great on the couch. Soft (not itchy) Easy to wash.

I debated going heavier than 15 lbs and now I am glad I didn't, 15 of blanked is a perfect for me, it keep me snug and I toss and turn a lot less when using it.I wouldn't call it cooling, but idespute its weight and thickness it really doesn't add warmth, I can use this all year long.

Oh my....WOW!My Son bought this for me as a birthday gift and it is sheer nirvana.It's like the blanket is hugging me !I love heavy blankets and bedding. There nothing worse than using a supposedly warm rated blanket or duvet that feels like you have a layer of cotton wool floating above you. This is so much better than those hopeless types.I'm not sure it's light enough for a smaller kid but I am an adult so I'm not caring about that too much.I cannot express how good the quality is in terms of soft fibres and amazing "clinginess" of this blanket. It's not restrictive as you might think at 15lb in weight.I absolutely love this.I'm disabled and this is so nice to warm me up instead of burning money to try and manage my heating at the temperature I need for health reasons not to mention the controller being at the other end of my home so up n down constantly is not practical for me.My sister has MS and has periods of feeling extra chilly compared to others at home and she also loves camping but finds tent sleeping options difficult to cope with in temperature control so I think Santa may be dropping off one of these for her soon.I know these are a bit pricier than other options but it's worth it in my opinion (especially when my Son is paying...lol )I have bought, used and discarded fir the cat to use.... many throws and blankets over the last couple of decades since disability has intruded in my life and I can certainly NOT see the cat getting this one from me.I'm sure it will fit in my washer ok ( 9kg Samsung add wash ) and I'll be using a cool wash and slow spin to keep it plush. There wint be any issues there I'm sure.I highly recommend these if you have a colder house or heating peculiarities or needs like me.And not least of all.... this thing is HUGE so it can be used as bedding for two persons no problem.I'll keep my hugger in the lounge though and make the TV viewing tune far more comfy using this.Top notch and I bel8eve it's Great Value For Money in light of how much less I will have to use my central heating and will save massively on those bills.I am so very, VERY happy with this blanket.Ta muchly x

i've never used a weighted blanket before, and didn't fully understand the hype. i purchased this because i've been coveting one of the B*****y popular chunky knitted blankets that retail for well over $200. i'm post-menopausal, and no amount of cammomile tea or melatonin allows me to wind both my body and mind at night. I rarely get a restful night's sleep, and while i no longer have "hot flashes" it's difficult for me to cool my body enough to sleep comfortably through the night. When this arrived yesterday I didn't even take the time to wash it, i just snuggled under and proceeded to watch the election results. Although I didn't feel "tired" this allowed my body to relax enough to get several good hours, and it kept me cool and dry on an unusually warm, VERY STRESSFUL, new england fall night.

This is so soft and beautiful. I use it in my living room when I'm watching a show and then bring it into my bedroom when it's time for bed. It has me sleeping like a baby. In fact, I have to take it off of me when I let my dog out super early in the morning or I won't hardly be able to wake up when my alarm goes off a couple hours later. It's a great buy!I haven't tried to wash it yet, but if I do I think I'd wash it on the delicate cycle. I'd hate to ruin the knit.
