This is the perfect size and weight. My husband does not like a heavy comforter but I sleep so much better with something heavier. I ordered this weighted blanket in hopes of sleeping better. It does exactly that. I would recommend this blanket. I am 123 pounds and the 10 pound blanket is not too heavy.

I used to use two 15lb blankets stacked on too me. But they were throw sized and I constantly had to reposition them after they slid off me when sleeping. They kinda were exactly the size you needed if you slept perfectly straight on your back and didn't move an inch lol.This queen size is friggin awesome because it covers the whole bed and I can move or reposition myself anywhere without sacrificing coverage. I love the 30lb weight. I feel secure.The squares holding the weighted material are small so the stuff inside doesn't shift much. Excellent quality stitching, and sturdy duvet loops.I also purchased the sateen duvet cover...so smooth and cool. I love them both!

So heavy!! But super soft!! I love this it helps .e sleep better at night. I toss and turn constantly, I feel like this has helped slow down that giving me a better night's rest. It's made well. Has a soft velvety texture. The color is a nice deep black! It is very warm! Has no shedding!

Got 17lb pounds is good weighted is better for me and my boyfriend because we bought the 25lb for queen as it's said for me and my boyfriend and it's was too heavy so we exchange it for 17lb and it's better just wish that it was a queen size than a double.Package was okay no damage and few loose threads but that is fixable

I've got a Neurodivergent kid and this blanket provides a level of comfort that helps them to sleep soundly. Only caveat is buy a duvet. These things are too heavy to wash and Dry Cleaning will cost a fortune. Just wash the Duvet when dirty. Love this item!

I love, love, love these fleece weighted blankets from Bare Home. I’ve never had a weighted blanket feel as soft, luxurious, and substantial as this one. This is my second one (first was a gift). They are truly heavy, in a good way - in a soothing, warm hug type of way. I’m someone who struggles with anxiety (especially at nighttime) and I haven’t always loved going to bed, but I actually look forward to it now because my bed is so cozy with this amazing weighted blanket. The only thing to look out for is if you have a small dog that sleeps in the bed with you, it can be hard for them to maneuver underneath it so I always keep it askew to one side of the bed and roll up the other side so my dog can get in and out of the blankets as she needs to without struggle. I’ve tried other brands of weighted blankets, and they just didn’t compare to this one. Nowhere near as soft and comforting as this one. 10/10 highly recommend this blanket to anyone with anxiety or that is just looking to get a great night’s sleep.

I just bought 2 more of these! Great weight distribution, super comfortble, attractive colors, and washes well. I wash everything before I use it, so in it went, cold gentle cycle with detergent and a dash of vinegar to set the color so it never runs or fades (important). It would take forever to hang dry and is too heavy to hang anyway so I popped it into the dryer with 2 dry bath towels. The blanket was perfectly dry in half an hour and my kid sleeping under it just 2 hours later. It was like magic watching this weighted blanket so gently confine, and then settle my wiggly ADHD child with restless legs. That's the 10lb 40x60 green blanket. I love it, so the next day I got the velvety soft blue for my other kid (it's gorgeous but might be too warm for some people, I suspect), and a 12lb 48x72 for myself. I chose not to get a queen because it is heavy, and I think a larger one would be awkward and cumbersome to position or adjust at night. Besides, I'm single. If I weren't, I'd still consider 2 twins instead of a queen, personally. None of my family have been sleeping well lately but I look forward to some good rest tonight! As for choosing weight, I'd have definitely gone heavier years ago when my anxiety was super intense. For me now, the 12 lb twin blanket feels like I'm free to move but with resistance and it feels right. I'm a somewhat petite female. I had a great snuggle under it to try it out, and now it's happily whirring in the washer.
