Good weight to it and of high quality. Wouldn’t recommend it for anything but training though, for those thinking in the other direction.

Bought the heaviest set. Think I may have overestimated how much weight I need, but that's what training is for I guess. Fits great with my 5.11 vest.

Once you purchase this product , do NOT under any circumstances grind off the finish , then liquid nails a couple of ceramic floor tile on the front , and finally wrap the whole thing in a roll of duct tape. That would be the absolute worst thing you can do to this product.It’s a great product.

Nothing wrong other than I wish I bought the plates that curved around my chest top to bottom instead of side to side.
