It took a while for this pillow to come to true "fullness" because of the way it was shrink wrapped into a small box, and I almost considered returning it, but I am glad I kept it! Once it filled out, it was the perfect size for what I am looking for. I suffer from GERD, but the 12" inch high pillows were too steep an incline for me, especially as I am a petite woman. This is great for sitting up in bed but also is soft enough to use as an incline pillow. It was also a lot cheaper than other options.

This wedge is the perfect size and I love that it has a removable cover that can be washed. However, I was disappointed with how soft it is. I was really hoping for a firmer foam.

The foam took about 24 hours to be fully expanded. Cover fit well after fully expanded. My husband recently had a knee replacement and was told to keep leg elevated. This worked perfectly and gave more comfort than having the leg flat. Wish I had ordered earlier so it was ready to go after the surgery. Recommend!

This wedge pillow is amazing. I have GERD and it helps keep me elevated when I sleep to alleviate my reflux symptoms. It's very durable but also really comfortable. I'm a pretty big guy so it's saying a lot when it doesn't flatten out under my weight.

The instructions said the pillow would take 24 to 48 hours to decompress. After waiting nearly a week it had not decompressed at all. Eventually gave up, got a refund and threw it out.

Had no choice but to try this wedge due to medical condition that would get some relief from using this to sleep. Sleeping is difficult, no matter what, but this wedge is sturdy and helps for resting in bed. I can't sleep with it, but that's on me, not a wedge problem. It makes a difference and is quite comfortable, and sure is cheaper than purchasing a hospital type bed. Definitely recommend.

I've been using two really crappy pillows for months if not years while in bed, watching television, or reading. One pillow would simply bunch up, my second would simply lie there with no support. After being sick with a 'bug' over the past week, I decided to order a slanted pillow that would allow me to lie in bed, watch television without fighting to get comfortable, and my head not hitting our headboard.WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG? I went and checked, looked at perhaps half a dozen, and went with this one. It was a treasure to be found.It's sturdy, but not hard. Easy to place down and remove before sleep, ... and the 8 inch elevation is just what I needed. Now I use only one pillow in addition to this item. It combines a soft and comfortable outer shell, and even has a little pocket on the side for my remote control (so our dogs won't find and eat it). It's just high enough to view, read and relax without being in an almost in a sitting upright position. It's also not so high as to prevent one from comfortably falling asleep upon it, without any backpain in the morning.WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG? Guess I was cheap, ... but for the price of this, and the benefits I've had with it, I should have parted with the very small amount of money needed for such a decent bed rest.BTW: The size fits great within our queen-sized bed.
