Yes, after trying out different methods, I finally found a way to position this wedge pillow so I won't roll over on my back in the night. I do have to use another pillow behind the wedge, however. But still, the "wedge" is comfortable and the right size for my use and I'd recommend it to others for sleeping or back pain issues.

Comfy wedge! Sturdy foam interior covered with ultra soft fabric that is easy to remove for laundering. Love the textured bottom which holds the wedge in place.

I fell on my ribs five weeks ago and while I didn't break them, it hurt quite a lot (and still does). This pillow, wedged under my ribs while lying down, really takes the pressure off and makes it bearable. Glad I found it.

My back hurts and leaning on pillows haven't helped! This slides behind my back and it stays put! I can also put ice on it and it won't move! There's support for my back ALL night. I sleep better and longer!

Horrible product, does not work to keep someone in the bed.I was advised to purchase this item to keep my 91 year old mother in bed.Does NOT work. She kicks them off, gets out of bed and falls. What a joke!The return time from this seller is only one month. That’s ridiculous. Sometimes a buyer needs to try a product several weeks to decide if it works or not. As a result we wasted our money. Very unhappy consumer!

I was recommended to get this pillow by my doctor to prop me sideways for sleep apnea. It works and the price was right for me.
