I ordered 6 packs of 20 and only received 4 packs. I contacted the seller to notify them of the error. I provided basic images and they asked a couple of questions and proceeded to fix the error immediately. Excellent customer service and product.

I bought these with the intention of using them as my main menu covers. After a few days of use, I noticed that the metal corner protector of one of my menus had simply fallen off. When I tried to place it back, it was next to impossible, and ended up smashing the corner in, making for a sloppy look.Over the next few weeks, all of my menu covers have at least 2 or three of these metal corners missing on them.
