Perfect replacements for our worn-out burners. As other reviews have noted, don’t remove the corner bolts and read the directions. This is our second set (plus new starter and flavor bars) and they’ve extended the life of our grill for over 25 years.

Have a Weber Genesis from 2005. Replaced the burner for the first time as the small cross bar had rusted. While the instructions lack a bit, it was easy enough to get by. Worked perfectly.

My 24 Weber grill was having issues and decided to look in side and found my burners to be rusted and broken in multiple areas. Great value considering the price of a new grille. Easy to follow instructions and now I basically have a brand new grille.

Original equipment stainless steel design easy to install and works great. A little more expensive but still worth every penny. I would recommend getting the best of the best. Then you will have years of service without any problems or issues.

Took a little research to find out what model my 25+ year old grill was, but I was able to order the right replacement burners. Watched a YouTube video which gave me the general idea on how to replace them, but the printed instructions that came with the burners were actually clearer and easier to follow. I got lucky for a January day in Illinois, sunny and 39 degrees so got it done. For my grill, it only involved two Phillips screws and two wing-nuts, easy as can be. Just look carefully at the illustrations and be sure to get the burners facing the right way. NOTE: DO NOT remove the bolts on the corners - the burner just slides underneath it (see picture). If these burners last 25 years like the original ones, I will be close to 100. Let's hope I'm still grilling then.

I have an older Weber E310 Spirit. It needed new burners last year so I purchased the Chinese copy version, but after months of uneven and poor heating I ordered a set of these. They are genuine OEM product, and immediately showed they are worth the extra money. Efficient, even grilling is back!

This kit may surprise you. They send it in a 3x3 box that is about 30 inches long.I was pretty sure it was the wrong parts, but I was wrong. (smile)The whole process too about an hour. The three stainless steel tubes have to be inserted into the Webber grill, one at a time. The photo makes it look like they are pre-assembled in a group of three, but that only happens after the tubes are inserted. You will have to remove the right side tray to get to the tubes under the control knobs. That top plate is only held in place with two short screws. The burner assembly is attached to the grill with two 1/4 inch stainless steel bolts.Replacement bolts are included, but mine came off easily, after spraying penetrating oil on them (WD-40).Inside the grill, you will have to remove the grates and metal flare-up shields. There are two large screws that hold the two outside burners tubes in place. These bolts may be damaged from high heat, particularly if your burners rusted out and burned un-evenly, as mine did. Use penetrating oil and consider hammering on the old tubes to get them loose. If you can't twist the screws off, you may be able to tap the burner tube out from under that clamp. The screw is much easier to turn after the tube has been slipped out.Re-assembly is even faster. The three tubes slide in place. The outside two need to be locked down with screws inside the grill and then connected to each other and the middle tube, using the smaller tube which is about 1/2 inch in diameter. The middle tube rests in the slot provided by the connector tube. That is a good time to clean out your grill.Scrape out the built up ash into the tray below. Before you close it up, pull out your ignitor and consider replacing it, too. They cost about $10 each. You just bend a metal tab to slip it out.The new one slips in and you bend the tab to hold it in place. You can change out the thermometer anytime. They sell for $8 each.If you have a black painted grill, this is a good time to spray on some touch up paint. You can by heat resistant flat black paint at most hardware stores. One of the reasons I prefer my Webber grill is because it heats up fast and evenly. That is partly do to the fact that the gas is mixed and distributed properly in the burner tubes. When they rust out and get holes in them, the flames are yellow instead of blue.If you look at most of the inexpensive gas grills, you may notice that they are open around the base and in the back. That lets the heated air out too easily. That is way the burner holes are only large enough to slip the tube through. After replacing the burner tubes, I noticed the grill warmed up faster and to a higher temperature. It cooks faster.

Pros: Light weight; easy to install, somewhatCons: NoneBottom-Line: Brought new life to my aging WeberI own a 10-year Weber Genesis Silver that I love, however the burner tubes were starting to rust, and clog; this despite the fact that I cover the grill at all times when not using it. I was going to purchase a brand new grill, but daunted by price I decided to rebuild the one I already owned, so I purchased the "Weber 7508 Stainless Steel Replacement Burner Tube Set" along with the Weber 7527 Stainless Steel Replacement Cooking Grates (see separate review).I had read that one has to virtually take the grill apart in order to install the replacement Tube Set, and that is not far from the truth. Plan on spending at least an hour taking apart the current tube set along with the right hand side of the grill. Once I removed the tube set, the new "Weber 7508 Stainless Steel Replacement Burner Tube Set" slid in place without issue.Once I has re-assembled the grill and tested for leak, I fired her up and grilled two racks of ribs; the grill worked flawlessly and it was like having a brand new grill. First thing I noticed: the grill heated up much quicker than before and together with the Weber 7527 Stainless Steel Replacement Cooking Grates, heat is more evenly distributed; no more cold spots! The "Weber 7508 Stainless Steel Replacement Burner Tube Set" get a big thumbs up from me.
