I bought this because I wanted something large enough to carry a large turkey out of my smoker.This was nice and had a nice weight to it, but I ultimately returned it because it came damaged on arrival with scratches and it also came too late.

I got this to help with the large slabs of salmon that I have on my grill. Perfection! Then I thought I would try it to lift my Pork Shoulder/Butt off the grill and it easily handled the 10# butt. The edges are beveled so that will help get you up under the meat. Weber makes great BBQ utensils, this is another one! Definitely recommend if you could large pieces of fish. Also good for spatchcocked poultry

I thought I checked the measurements because I was looking for a wider spatula, but even my husband gulped when we opened the box!!! It's huge! If you really, really need a GIANT spatula, this is it!! The quality does look good, but since we don't cook dinosaur burgers on our grill, we will be giving this one away. :)
