First impressions are that this thing is built well. The clamp is strong , the flexible arms have enough give to be positioned easily but enough resistance to stay there. The tripod mount is also well made and easy to adjust. The light seems nice, all functions work perfectly and It is good to have 10 levels of brightness. Also the different colour temperatures are cool. All in all I am very happy. I will be using it with a Logi C922 stream pro so hopefully the combination will be excellent. Watch this space ...

The brightness may not enough for your purpose and situation. When you buy this kind of item for the first time, it would be a little bit difficult to assume it. Though I thought it's ok to just give it a try because the price is reasonable.

I am glad I spent a bit more time looking for a selfie/video conferencing light because I might have missed this. The first thing I noticed was how heavy it was. This is no cheap plastic product. It is very sturdy and yet very flexible. The lighting brightness levels and moods allow for really nice lighting whatever the surrounding lighting is. The mounting clip has a powerful spring and clamped very tightly to a shelf above my computer. I would hesitate to use it on a laptop screen because of the force even though the clip is well padded. But if you have something nearby, like a shelf, the side of a desk etc..I believe it will hold fast admirably. You must have a USB port available to power it. The inclusion of an A/C power adapter would be brilliant but it is not a show stopper for me. I would buy another for a bedroom reading and cell phone holder to answer the occasional late night text without having to move if an a/c adapter was included. Good sturdy product that does what it claims.

I needed to better the light on my face when using the MacBook Pro built-in camera, and it did sop perfectly. I like the fact that the "remote" is long enough so I can access it with my left hand and adjust the brightness on the fly with looking like I am making any adjustments. I am not actively using the iPhone support portion of this device but it is a good thing to have on hand if needed. Both are very sturdy and give the brightness I needed.Note that the brightness did not work so well with a cheap DELL camera I had on hand, it amplified the low quality of the camera.

I really like this clip on ring-lite and phone holster! It's extremely light weight and easy to use. It's not as sturdy as I would like when clipped to multiple surfaces, meaning it does move around a bit. The light is ok but all three modes could be brighter in my opinion. I love that you can switch the phone holster out for another attachment which holds your own webcam. So convenient to use! Idk why is asking for camera quality, THIS DOES NOT COME WITH A CAMERA.

This item does what it claims. The light is bright enough and has 11 brightness settings that you can step up and down through using the plus and minus buttons. The light also has 3 different color settings that you can step through using a single button. These colors go from a white looking 6000K to a middle setting, to a warm color that's probably around 4000K. The warm color is somewhat close to sunlight. The spring-loaded clip is strong enough to hold the whole thing to a desk edge and has rubber-y grips. The camera mount include a go-pro style connection as well as a standard 1/4"-20 threaded mount. The flexible steel arms are flexible but hold position just fine. This is a great value for the money and I would easily buy this again. A fine value!

I bought this light to replace a huge lighting kit I had set up around my desk. I usually use the light boxes for photo shoots, but needed some extra lighting for when I did desktop shoots. These include video calls with my webcam, or quick talking head videos. I hooked up this light and was really pleasantly surprised to find that it didn't need a separate power source. It just plugs into the USB connection of my computer. The light has several different settings from warm and yellowish to cool and blueish. So you can get the exact type of lighting you want. It's bright enough to light up my face and upper body as I sit at my desk, and I've been able to put away the bulky lighting kit and save that for the bigger shoots.The light wouldn't illuminate you if you're further away, or if you wanted to light a larger area. But for shooting with a webcam or iPhone or webcam in closer proximity, it does a fantastic job. Exactly what I was looking for!

The design of this camera stand is nice if you want to use a clamp type of connection. The light is bright and has nice color choices. All in all a nice value for the money. Check your height requirements to make sure it is going to be high enough.

I got this to position my web cam over my model builds.I wish there was a differnt mount for this. The clip doesnt hold very well at all. And forget mounting on anything but a horizontal table. Cause it just slides off from its own weight. The clips doesnt have enough strength to properly hold itself.I love the light. It's a nice brightness and the different types of white light is a nice option.Theres no easy way to screw in the camera if its already plugged it. You have to twist the camera and screw it on, thus wrapping the cable around the holder and not screwing on all the way.The phone holder works nicely too.All in all this works best if you set it up in a spot and don't have to move it any more. Decent mount for a decent price.
