Needed a light for my WFH webcam setup since my desk was far from any natural lighting, so I bought this one and it's been great.The light has three different modes depending on how cool, warm, or neutral you prefer your light. You can try them all to see what looks best on you. Within each mode you can also adjust how bright it is. The controller is easy to use and easy to tuck out of the way when not in use.The light has a standard screw mount where your camera, or another mount piece can attach to.Overall a really decent ring light.

Works great, easy to use, no issues. Camera mount is compatible. Three light modes. I prefer the "skin tone" mode. I work from home and use this light for video calls and meetings. It works but...There are no real instructions to figure out how to mount it. I finally got something that worked but it took me a bit. I managed to get it threaded directly in the back of my Webcam mount. (see photo)At first the light didn't turn on, just flashed on for a second. I tried another USB port, the light came on but I got a warning message that the light was using too much power from the port. I finally used an USB power supply (iPAD changer) then it would work. It is bright enough for my needs.Added a picture of the "instructions" that come with it.It is OK, you may be better off spending your money on another product.

Doing Telehealth all day for the last couple of years, my use of a webcam and my comfort level with one has grown exponentially. I started paying attention to what I saw when individuals on TV we’re doing besides just their “books by the foot” shelves in the background. One morning I noticed that there was a reflection of a light in the background of an individual who looked particularly professional on TV. I started looking and found these light rings. It has made essentially the same difference that going from SD to HD did. I could not be more pleased.The light is easy to install, and provides a significant number of choices for the wave length and brightness of the light. People have subsequently commented on my jewelry, make-up, and picture quality- but none have realized it is just a little bit of light. It truly is like magic. I have a window behind my desk chair that at certain times of day would cause an issue with my on screen image - no more. If you spend anytime on web can you owe it to yourself to try out a light. I highly recommend this item.

Love the light, and provides good and even lighting. I like that I can just plug it in to my PC and start streaming, and since it is USB I can use my smart phone wall plug to use a wall outlet instead.That being said, when using the webcam mount, it doesn't lock in properly. If my table wobbles or I have to readjust the camera, it will fall right out of the ring light. I could probably fix it with a very small piece of tape, but I wish they just made a snap-in feature so it was secure.Another minor thing is that I wish there were drivers or some software with this so I can control the light on my computer rather than the small switch, as I have to reach under my desk. This however is a very minor thing that is opinion based.Overall it is a good product and gets the job done. I love how there are different tones of lighting and I can adjust the brightness from extremely dim to bright.

Well made. Perfect . Easy to set up. Bigger and brighter then I thought. So I loved having the dimmer. I wish it had a bag to store it all for in for on the go. But I can always find one. Easy choice to buy again

I had the same problem as John M. Petersen, the ring light cannot be threaded to anything I own. Everyone says "read the description- you need your own mount," but the real issue is that even if you have your own mount, without an adapter you can't use it.The instructions for the light say to use a "large cloud mount" underneath the ring light to adapt it to a tripod, and there is a suspiciously-sized hole in the packing foam where I suspect there would normally be this essential adapter. However, as you can see from the description, no mount is included, so it looks like they deliberately removed a normally pre-packaged item, rendering the light useless without additional hardware.This can only be to trick customers into buying an additional accessory after assuming their standard 1/4" equipment would fit. The threads on the bottom of the mount were also covered in a thin layer of plastic overflow (less than 1mm), making it even harder for me to determine if the threads were wrong or if the manufacturing defect was the cause of the problem. I'll be replacing mine to confirm, but suspect I will end up needing an adapter anyway.The light is excellent quality, with multiple color temperature and brightness settings as advertised, but having the best light on Amazon is useless if I can't mount it to anything, and at this price point there's no reason I should have to purchase a thread adapter to use what otherwise would have been standard equipment.

I bought this to use during my live streams. I can confidently say that this product is wonderful.It offers multiple light modes along with a button to change the brightness.This is everything I’ve been looking for and it’s pretty small so it saves space immensely!If you’re a streamer or someone looking for a small compact light for photography, then this is for you!
