These USB powered LEDs are really cool, they give off a great amount of light for the size. They are really compact. I use them in my vehicle and home, can be a great night light. Great price as well.

Perfect for what I was looking for. Center console tray is unlit so hard to see in dark, this USB light was just what I wanted.

It's a bit cumbersome at first because you have one button that does it all. In picking the color that you want and getting the brightness you want is a little tricky, especially if you are setting it up in the daytime rather than when it is dark at night. Setting it up at nighttime is better and easier. This has a senser to detect light and shuts off during the daytime, and one of the reasons I chose this item. The caveat is placement, my center USB console is dark, so it stays on, my rear back seat USB console gets light but not all the time to keep it off during the daytime, so it flickers off and on at times. I tested it to make sure when I turn the power off to my car it turns off also and it does. Overall, I got this so people can see in the rear seats to find their seats belts to buckle up, at night it was hard doing, this does okay so far for achieving that goal.

These little light are awesome. They can change color and brightness. One good thing is that they also remember which color you had it on after power loss, so if you had it on green at 50% brightness, once you turn your can back on it will stay on that color. It also has a light sensor, so it won't turn on during the day. Just one minor problem though, the USB pin are a bit thicker than standard and will destroy a USB port if forced. Try it gently first to see if it fits.

Bought these to brighten up a few dark spots in the car. The colours match the existing LED lighting, quite well. Very bright but easily dimmable.

Quite tight fit. Gentle but firm pressure to install. Well made. 8-colours, cycle, fixed, variable brightness, memory, fixed/dynamic (bright/dim cycles). Positive feel to switch. Would recommend.

These little lights are great for the car and anywhere else. You can choose colors and dim or brighten them. Note that these are directional...they shine from one side. I paid attention to the orientation because I wanted them to face down and light the cupholders in my truck, however, the pics you see are not necessarily what you get. Mine came with black buttons (vs white in the pics) and the open slot in the USB was on the opposite (button) side. This resulted in the light facing the wrong way and being blocked by my charger cord. The seller was very easy to deal with and responsive, so we came to an agreement, but I'll need to buy these again elsewhere. I do believe the seller should be more accurate in depicting these, since the orientation matters.

I'm using these for edge lighting on small acrylic pieces. They are the perfect size and brightness for that. My only complaint is that the instructions on the packaging (which you can also see in the product description) aren't completely clear for how to change modes. Once you figure those out it works great. Here is a written translation of the "How Set It" instructions:Color setting: A quick press and release moves to the next color shown in the loop.- The change isn’t instant. It fades out then fades in to the next color.- The LEDs will stay fixed on that color except for the red color that comes just after white. Stopping on that color will continuously cycle through all of the colors, fading in and out of each one.Memory: Holding the button longer than 10 seconds will store the current settings in memory so that those settings will be the default after losing power.Brightness: Holding the button slightly more than 2 seconds will decrease or increase the brightness.- This only works when in the “fixed” (not pulsing) mode.- Ignore the “Dynamic vs Fixed mode: There are two modes, fixed and dynamic. Double click the button to toggle between the modes.- Fixed means the light will stay at the same brightness all the time.- Dynamic means the light will continuously fade up and down in brightness.- You can’t toggle between fixed and dynamic modes when the colors are set to cycle.There's a photocell near the button. This is used to automatically turn off the LEDs off when it's bright out. As far as I can tell there's no setting to disable this, but you can always put electrical tape over the photocell.

the settings are simple and work well. light is bright enough at full for illuminating car floor boards or dash and can be sett dimmer in incrimental adjustments. the red is pretty dismal but all colors other than that are much brighter at their maximum. some people seem to have problems understanding the instructions. they are very simple:presss and hold for 2 seconds and depress when the gradual dimmer fades to brightness you want.press button quickly and it cycles through to next color option in sequence.most importantly for me is the fact it recalls your last setting when car it turned off or the light is disconnected.the ambient light sensor works well too.
