The perfect casserole dish. I will likely buy another. No chips noted so far, seems pretty sturdy.

i saw jamie oliver use similar pans and i wanted to try them. will be buying more. light weight and easy to clean. the chips that will inevitably happen don't even bother me. they give the pan character.

Love the look, the depth is perfect for cakes and casseroles and the fact it has a heavy weight lid is a huge plus. Looks great too.

The pan is a nice size for a lot of the baking that I do, and is easy to clean. I would like to get a heavier-gauge baking pan, but this works just fine.

When I was a kid, this was the type of enamel ware that my mom and a next door neighbor used for cooking, prepping vegetables and more. I’m always careful to use cooking spray to make cleanup easier. I haven’t had any issues with sticking but it is easy to use. I've lost most of the pieces my mom had, but this is a piece I’ll use for a long time.

I use this for bakes, shepherds pies, roasting veggies etc. After a soak it cleans up well with an eco scrubber. It’s very sturdy, hasn’t warped at high temperatures and is very light so I can cook a large lasagne and easily lift it out of the oven.

Enamelware is not foolproof. BUT, with a little care, it can become one of your favorite baking tools. I recently used this to cook a large batch of chicken wings. Placed a wire rack inside the baker; placed the wings on the rack and they crisped up nicely. After baking, just let the pan cool slightly then cover the "sticky" bits with water and a small dab of dish soap. Let it soak while you're eating. It will be easy peasy to clean up after your meal! It is enamelware. So, again - a little care goes a long way. Don't bang it around. And you'll keep it looking like new for years to come. This piece ended up being a nice addition to my collection.

I subscribe to many cooking sites and cookware/bakeware companies. Enameled steel is the hottest trend right now. And horribly expensive! Then I found this workhorse on Amazon. You cannot beat the price for the size and sturdiness you get. The pan is quite large.I started baking with it only minutes after its arrival today. I was able to fit: four large chicken thighs, a large sliced onion, two sliced jalapeno peppers, a can of sliced pineapple, enough fresh string beans to cover the bottom of the pan and three cups of orange juice. The chicken thighs were brushed with four of Rodney Scott's barbecue rubs (his book is on Amazon so get it!). Baked at 350 degrees for an hour, took the pan out and added the barbecue sauce, and back in the oven another 30 minutes.Everything cooked evenly, the kitchen smelled like a South Georgia barbecue pit, the chicken thighs were moist perfection. I cook this every week changing the veggies and pineapple to keep it from becoming routine.Cleaning time was a breeze and was delighted to see none of the baked on juices stuck. Wiped clean with a dishrag and dish cleaning liquid. How easy is that?My pan is advertised as having a blue rim but mine arrived with a black one. I much prefer the black as it matches many of my cooking pots. How did they know? They have other sized enameled cooking and baking dishes and I will be collecting those as well. I am just delighted with this pan and so happy I did not purchase one of those hundred dollar plus ones advertised on popular cooking sites. A great deal.

A much heavier gauge metal than I expected, a really solid pan. No blemishes or marks in the enamel anywhere. Also came with a heavy-duty type fitting plastic lid. Simple wipe clean after letting it soak with a bit of soap and hot water. Would definitely buy more products from this company.

Beautiful baking dish. I especially like the wide lip at the ends....makes getting in and out of the oven easy. Made granola in it and any baked on bits cleaned up easily qith only a brief soak. Will becone a go to favourite.

Beautiful pan and nice weight and quality. I prefer to use enamel bakeware over modern bakeware however new is hard to find. I usually end up buying them at antique stores but of course many are damaged. Thank you for offering this nice quality pan.
