These are beautiful pans. They bake a nice even cake. I used butter to grease my pans and the cakes pulled from the side as they baked and were really easy to remove.

As expected of this brand, these pans are not only stunning but are of exceptional quality. They are heavy/solid and maintain temperatures for even baking. I baked a pumpkin bread recipe in them that turned out beautifully. They are nonstick and nontoxic, which makes them worth the cost. Cleaning is easy with a soapy sponge and water; I also towel dry. I cannot recommend these lovely pans enough. The gold and black is stunning.

I have a Caraway sheet pan that I used in a pinch for baking cookies one day. The resulting cookies were the best batch of that recipe that I'd ever made. From then on, that Caraway pan became my cookie sheet of choice.Given that, I had zero compunctions about ordering these baking/roasting pans. The first thing I made in them was a batch of brownies and they turned out great - nicely browned edges with no worries about them sticking in the pan. It handled a roast chicken just as easily.Clean-up was a breeze, nothing sticks. The black exterior with gold handles is a striking combination and a joy to bake in. The gray interior is standard Caraway.Although Caraway is on the expensive side, I have found the items I have - sheet pan, muffin tin, shallow baking pan, large skillet, and large saucepan - to be well worth it. None have scratched and they all look like new even though I have had them for a while.

In the process of replacing my old sets of pots, pans, and bakeware, I was given the chance to try out this Caraway brand nonstick ceramic pan duo. Liking the look of them, I decided they'd be worth a shot, and I can safely say these pans are some of the best non-stick pieces I've ever owned. The material itself is top notch and super durable. It is not iron core so it is light weight and easy to carry, but it is a solid steel with a high-quality ceramic coating. The nonstick surface is what really, really shines. I have included a picture of some vegetables I roasted in olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The vinegar caramelized perfectly and did not stick to the surface in the slightest. I've had high-quality nonstick pans where the caramelized balsamic left a bit of a residue which came off when cleaned. But in this case everything simply slid off without any issue.I couldn't be happier with the quality of these pans and I know I am going to get a lot of use out of them. If you're looking to up your baking game and reduce the amount of oils you use for healthier cooking, this is a fantastic option. Highly recommended!

I give these an overall rating of 4.5 stars. This is a set of two 9"×13" non-stick pans. The black exterior and gold handles are a classically beautiful pairing. Caraway products are always free of any harmful coatings such as of PTFE (Teflon), PFOA, PFAS (forever chemicals), lead, and cadmium, so you can feel safe using these products to cook for yourself and your family.I wish the handles were molded as part of the pan. Instead, they are separately attached and rivets hold them in place. As minor as it may seem, it makes the cleaning process less enjoyable for me.The other issue I've had with all Caraway products I own is all the unnecessary packaging. There is the actual product packaging, the packaging to protect the product packaging, the packaging to hold all the other packaging together, and then there's the final packaging it gets delivered to my door in. I haven't subtracted any stars because of this, but I wish Caraway would reconsider this practice.

I have two Caraway baking sheets and love the non stick and ease of cleaning. I'm my kitchen, I use a 13x9 pan often, and I got these to replace older pans. This is the perfect size for casseroles, roasting a chicken, or even making a double batch of brownies. I feel that using a non stick ceramic coating is healthier for my family and have been avoiding traditional non stick. Note: these are not being pans, per the insert, so baking/roasting only.

These aren't really a favorite of mine, personally they feel very flimsy and too expensive for what they are. Unlike the sheet pans that have a nice feel and weight to them these feel awkward and with the rivets for the handles on the inside I think it looks cheap. These are obviously all cosmetic things and nothing wrong with the pan but personally for use as a baking pan these would not be my go too.

This is my second set of Caraway cookware sets. I was so impressed with my pots and I had to consider this brand for my other cooking needs. I recently was in the market for new baking pans. My current set was severely damaged and was flaking toxic non-stick toxins. I've been looking for safer, yet non-stick surfaces to prevent these sorts of comtanimations. The set, while expensive is worth every penny. They're beautifully made and perform exceptionally well. I admire their aesthetic details, but the quality matches the beauty as well. I've used them so far only to make biscuits and cinnamon rolls but as a test, I used nothing on the surfaces to see how "non-stick" they were, and they truly are nonstick. A silicon spatula easily removes the bread from the pan with no residue or damage to the pan. The heat seems to be distributed quite easily and they're easy to handle, carry, and lift while hot (with an oven mitt/towel). They're extremely easy to wash and quite lightweight too. Overall I'm extremely happy with these pans. I'm slowly but surely replacing all of my old cookware with Carway and a few other tried and tested brands and these pans are a welcomed and appreciated addition.
