I bought 3 of these, 2 for the sinks and one for a tub filler. They are beautiful and well made. Installation is easy into drywall, but when installing into a tile or granite backsplash, there is not much room for error.

If a waterfall is what you want for a tub it is amazing. My cat and dogs even love the fact that it is not a rushing facet. They will just stand under it.

I Remodeled my bathroom love the waterfall faucet had one in my old house. We put the faucet in and it started to leak. My plumber said it was the diverter. Can’t even get a refund and it’s a default product. Buyer beware this product is garbage and you can’t even get your money back when it’s defect.

This faucet is very functional and looks good. It performs as it appears in the ad. The instructions are sparse and it feels like the kit is incomplete. That being said, the setup is quite different from my previous bathtub faucet and I had to call a plumber out to re-run plumbing lines to set it correctly. It's made to run side by side or below the spout, mine was not and the Hot and Cold sides or the handle would have been flipped.The brass fitting to mount the spout to the wall was short and that had to be added as well. Lastly, there's no backsplash or cover included for the handle and the cover for the spout is a little awkward and small. Once it was on, I fear that any bump to the spout could cause it to break.The bottom line is this, if you're installing it as a new fixture, it would probably be great. Having a plumber come out for $300 to re-plumb the wall was not worth it for me.Also want to stress that my issue is/was with the fixture itself, the seller was prompt and the fixture arrived without delay.

It's so simple, yet so beautiful. It really stands out and is worthy of being the center piece of any bathroom. The only real issue is the lack of a diverter for a shower if you need it. You'll need a separate valve for that, which may look a bit goofy. It feels like quality but like any brushed bronze color, I worry that it will come off over the years. Also, if you ever planned on changing it in the future, it doesn't use a standard install location so you couldn't just replace it without tearing apart the walls and redoing the plumbing. The valve feels good; not loose or tight.But who cares? This thing is awesome, and I have nothing to complain about.
