I got 6 months out of my last filters from Waterdrop and my water is kinda bad city water than gels inside faucets. These are slightly different from last ones I used but still seemed well made and offered better filtration. Fit great, all orings present, fair price i feel but not the cheapest out there of course. Water pressure improved and its still crystal clear. Now to flush my water heater.

Keep in mind, even though the instructions don't mention it, you must flush the iron-manganese filter several times. Otherwise, it will ruin your GAC filter! This makes the entire filter-changing process quite cumbersome.We ran countless times to the toilet with buckets of dirty water until it was clear. Afterward, I had to install another 5-micron filter because the GAC was finished.The photos really show how bad it was—initially, dirt even came out of my tap. I bought several filters on sale, but after this experience, I will never do it again.I thought Waterdrop was a quality brand. We have a reverse osmosis device from them that we really like. But this one... OMG!By the way, I measured the water quality afterward with a TDS meter, and it increased from 400 to 550. Not good.

My well water has moderately high Manganese (Tested at 0.210 Mg/L). After one month of use, I do not believe it has significantly reduced the Mn . Still have evidence of staining which typically occurs at levels above 0.05, but have not had it re-tested. I do not have high iron or any other minerals/contaminants/odour/taste/discolouration, so I cannot comment on their effectiveness in that regard.Otherwise, the quality of construction and materials appears to be very good.

These filters work great at removing iron in the water at my house. I used to get rust stains in the bath and sinks that come back within days after cleaning. I didn't want to deal with the salt and cost of a water softener and these filters do the job. I didn't have my water tested, so not sure how much dissolved iron it's taking out, but it's got to be pretty high. I only get about 4 months before the filters start to fail, but it's still worthwhile. Just buying my 2nd set of replacement filters now and decided to leave a review. Also the carbon filter does a great job making the water taste good - my kids will now drink tap water instead of the bottled stuff.I just recommended it to my brother and he bought one to replace a failed water softener and he's happy with it as well.

We use our filter as the last step in filtering our horrible swamp water here in FL. It seems to be doing a pretty good job. Still hoping to add a UV component, but, so far, no one’s died. 😊

I have been buying this set every six months for two years and I have never had bad tasting water with them. I had to replace the water line last December because a break in the line. Mud was pushed into the water line and they was able to hold the mud out from getting into the drinking water or any where else. When I replaced them I could see how much it held out. They work great.

First replacement was great. Second replacement after 1-2 months left carbon deposits in my home water supply. This was evident in all of my toilet bowls, leaving a black stain in the toilet bowls. Replaced immediately with my third replacement, no issues in 2-3 months
