Step 1: Soak the Filter
After taking out the filter, please soak it into cold tap water for 10 mins to activate it.
Step 2: Clean the Pitcher
Wash a pitcher, a lid and a reservoir with a mild detergent and flush them with water. DO NOT wash them with a dishwasher or an abrasive cleanser
Step 3: Install and Clean
Firmly press the filter into the reservoir to form a tight seal; discard the first two pitchers of filtered water or use it to water plants.
Step 4: Activate the Indicator
Hold the button for 3 seconds until the blue light flashes to activate the indicator. Monitor the filter status as you pour water out.

This is my 2nd waterloo with filter. It makes the water taste great , No bad flavor just clean filtered water. Haven't had any issues with 1st one. I love these cause u only press a botton to reset the filter. Very sturdy handle, Easy to insert the filter. Easy to clean. Easy to add water to. Light weight, Easy to hold & pour. Perfect size, 10 cup. Light blue color. I highly recommend it very nice product will last a while.

Love the size of this watcher pitcher. The water tastes much better than tap water so the filtration is effective. The pitcher is easy to refill without having to remove the top. Well built and like it best than the other name brand purchased in the past.

I’ve been using the Waterdrop Filter Jug for a few months, and it has exceeded my expectations! The water tastes amazing—no chlorine smell or metallic aftertaste. Perfect for drinking and the jug fits perfectly in my fridge door. The filter change indicator is awesome and no guessing. The top closes tightly so filtered water can be poured out before filtering is complete This pitcher fills up quickly, so you don’t have to wait long to get your filtered water. Very Cost-Effective and cheap FiltersCustomer support is amazing. I had a small issue and contacted the office. Within hours, the rep named, Harper was very kind and super helpful and sent me 2 filters without any additional charges. Overall it is wonderful and amazing to use and the price is very affordable

I've been using two Waterdrop pitchers for quite some time now, and they continue to do exactly what they're supposed to. They're well-made, well designed, and look very stylish too (they have a modern, mid-century vibe). The filters are not cheap (good filters generally are not) but they work very well; and when you consider the cost saving over buying filtered water, they're really not that bad. I have two different sized pitchers, and the same filter fits both of them.They have a filter replacement indicator which is very useful. It doesn't sample the water, so as far as I can tell it's an inclinometer that basically monitors how many times you tilt the pitcher. This isn't a perfect solution, but it's pretty useful in terms of reminding you to change the filter at the correct time.I had an issue with the filter replacement indicators, and Waterdrop couldn't have been more helpful. All I really wanted was a couple of replacement indicators - they're a small unit with an LED light and they clip into the pitcher lid. As I'd owned the pitchers for a few years I didn't expect Waterdrop to replace the pitchers with new ones but that's exactly what they did, and they were happy to do so. Their customer support staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant. It's easy for a company to be your best friend when everything is going well: the true measure of their worth is how they behave when something goes wrong, or breaks. Waterdrop showed me that they stand behind their products and truly value their customers. Wouldn't it be nice if much bigger corporations were to adopt a similar attitude (AT&T comes to mind, but there are countless others)!So my recommendation: if you're looking for a stylish, well-made filter pitcher with good filters and backed by incredibly good customer service, look no further. You've found it.

J'utilise cette carafe souvent et je trouve qu'elle filtre très rapidement en comparaison avec la autre de la marque plus connue. La seule chose que je peux critiquer c'est quelque défaut dans la base de la carafe qui cause des manquements de stabilité de cela sur table
