It is so good and the water tastes very good. I bought it because I wanted to save money from buying Callaway Blue water. This is saving me money and it tastes great. I highly recommend.

This water filter pitcher is worth the money. The water tastes good, it holds a lot of water. It would easily set in the fridge though I keep mine on the counter. I would buy again.

This system is terrible - we've had it for a month and when testing the water it barely makes a difference AND the filter is constantly getting clogged! We have to take out, rinse, shake/smash the filter almost every fill because it simply stops allowing water to pass through it - this is already irritating, but the SUPER slow filter rate aside makes it even worse.

The Waterdrop 35-Cup Slim Water Filter Dispenser has proven to be a practical and efficient solution for improving the quality of our drinking water while catering to the needs of a household. Here’s an in-depth look at my experience:Pros:Large Capacity:With a 35-cup capacity, this dispenser is perfect for families or individuals who drink a lot of water daily. It minimizes the need for constant refills, which is a huge convenience.Slim Design:The dispenser's slim profile fits comfortably in the refrigerator without taking up too much space, making it an excellent choice for homes with limited fridge storage.200-Gallon Long-Life Filter:The longevity of the filter is remarkable. It lasts significantly longer than many other brands, reducing the hassle and expense of frequent replacements.Improved Water Taste:The filtration system noticeably improves water clarity and taste, effectively removing odors, chlorine, and impurities. My family could immediately tell the difference.Ease of Use:The dispenser is designed with convenience in mind. It has an easy-to-pour spout and a sturdy handle, making it simple to refill glasses or bottles without spilling.Cons:Initial Setup:Priming the filter for the first use can be a bit tedious, as it requires soaking and flushing. However, this is a one-time process.Flow Rate:While the filtration quality is excellent, the water flow rate could be slightly faster. It takes a bit of time to filter larger quantities.Final Verdict:The Waterdrop 35-Cup Slim Water Filter Dispenser strikes an excellent balance between functionality, aesthetics, and value. Its high-capacity design and long-lasting filter make it a standout product in the market. Despite minor drawbacks like the initial setup and flow rate, the benefits far outweigh these inconveniences.I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and reliable way to ensure clean, great-tasting water for their household.

I was a Brita boy long ago. But I found a few video reviews of this dispenser and was hooked. First, it fits really well in my refrigerator (I really like the built-in curve on the bottom for sliding the dispenser forward just over the shelf hump to fill a cup). Second, water is filtered so fast, it's ready to be dispensed within a couple of minutes. And it tastes a lot better than the unfiltered tap water, even at the same temperature (I like to think my palate is particular, since I worked in the wine industry for eight years). In addition, I found a review of a filter test. This brand removed more chlorine and other bad-tasting substances than Brita and other brands. True, it doesn't remove a lot of TDS (total dissolved solids); that's a job for expensive reverse-osmosis filters and distillers, which usually have to be installed by a plumber. And that will set you back $200 to $3,000, depending on the system. The capacity is perfect for my wife and me. We can fill a couple of water bottles for hiking and still have a lot left for the house. I can also use the contents for making pasta, which is affected by the water's taste. Also, the 18-cup size isn't too heavy or cumbersome for us to carry from the sink to the fridge.I've had this for three days, so I can't comment on the filter indicator light or the filter life.Update August 8, 2022:After the fourth refilling about four days ago, I noticed that the filter had slowed to almost no drainage. I emailed the company. Within 12 hours, they answered by saying I needed to shake the filter horizontally 'til I heard a rattle (it's sand, so it's more of a shushing sound). They also said they would send me a three-pack of filters for free. Yesterday, I received the pack. I prepped a new filter according to the enclosed manual and filled the dispenser (2 fillings). Today, for the third filling, the filter hole closest to the spigot began to falter. I emptied the reservoir, removed the filter, shook it, and replaced it. Problem solved. For now.I think, taking other reviews into account, that this issue will continue. To be fair, I haven't had my water tested for solids. Yet, I haven't had to clean my faucet aerators. Still, I really like the taste of the water, the capacity and design, and the speed of the filtering (when it works). Shaking the filter once in a while is no big deal. So I'm going to stick with this product.UPDATE (AUGUST 29): Since I started using this product June 27, I've gone through two filters and yesterday had to insert a third. At approximately $12 per filter, this has become unacceptable. I followed the manufacturer's instructions for unclogging the filters (shaking horizontally, running water directly on filter), but the flow would, after one or two refills, stop. For each filter. So this is not a fluke.Thankfully, after pleading my case, Amazon kindly extended the return policy past 30 days for me and sent a return label.UPDATE (SEPT. 9): Waterdrop, after I contacted them a second time, sent me another pack of filters and followed up with three emails asking if things were any better. Although they knew I bought this though Amazon and the 30-day return period expired, they offered a full refund if I continued to have problems. So far, I haven't had any issues with the product. The present filter has functioned as expected for the past week with five refills. However, I observed that if I fill the reservoir and move the dispenser from the sink to elsewhere, the filter's flow becomes erratic. So I just leave the thing in the sink until it's done filtering. Then I put it in the fridge. Problem solved. I'm keeping this thing.I changed my rating to four stars, since the product has a bit of a quirk.
