Pump works fine but the switch on the top does not stay toggled on because the rubber boot around the switch puts some force on the switch toggling it off which was very annoying. I thought the problem was from inside the switch but when I easily removed the rubber boot around it then it worked fine. You don’t really need the rubber boot because the motor should not get wet anyway. It is very convenient to have the switch on the motor rather than pulling the plug at the outlet. I recommend using a vacuum hose on the suction side because a garden hose tends to kink and collapse which affects water flow.

I purchased this pump to transfer water from a hot tub to a garden area it works great easy setup , makes life easier

2nd review-----I am updating this review to a 5 Star.....This company took incentive to reach out to me and send me another unit free of charge. I was not expecting that at all! This has got to be a company that cares about their customer service! I'm just blown away! I am looking forward to trying this transfer pump in the very near future! I just want to say kuddos to this company and customer service. This speaks volume of a reputable company. Consider buying this transfer pump and giving it a try...you can't go wrong with customer service like this!1st review-------The idea behind this transfer pump is great but unfortunately the on and off switch would only stay in the off position. I had to send this back. I may try it another similar with hopes of better luck.

Nice water pump. 330 gallons a min.I have a solar water well with a 1200 gallon holding tank. I regularly transfer water to water totes of 300 gallons. This can take some time simply gravity fed from the holding tank to the tote. Using this pump along with the small pressure should rally speed up this process.Certainly other uses around the range for moving water as well.Nice pump, would order again.

On/off Switch bad upon arrival. Ended up bypassing the switch. Works as it should but obviously switch failed, so I have to unplug it to stop it from running. Would have returned it under normal circumstances but needed it when it arrived.
