Outstanding! I received a few more than 15 plants and all arrived in very good condition. No dead or wilted leaves. The plants were packaged well. They we wrapped in a wet heavy duty paper then place in a kitchen trash bag. They had plenty of room in the bag and did not get smashed at all. This bag was then placed in a box that again did not squish the plants.I am very happy with the plants and will order from this company again!

1st order was perfect. 2nd order plants were completely dead. they should not ship the plants when it is so hot or ship them with some form of protection. disappointed because my fish ate up the first batch!

I purchased these for use in my small backyard pond, even after seeing a wide range of comments regarding the condition of these water hyacinth plants upon arrival. Upon arrival, most plants had significant browning and very little root structure. When I put them in my pond, most of the plants fell on their sides because the lack of roots. I will not order these again.Update: After a week in my pond, less than 50% of the hyacinths survived. I added another picture to show the condition of a plant I removed this morning. As you can see, no root growth, and the leaves have all begun to rot away. Definitely a 1 star product.

Ordered 20 water hibiscus for my koi pond. Shipping was a little slow but the plants arrived packaged very nicely. The plants were a little wilted and yellow in parts but they were much larger and more robust than the water hibiscus I bought a month ago from a local garden center. I’ll know more in a few weeks but my sense is they will be fine. Now that I know what to expect in terms of timing and appearance, I would order from them again because the price is so competitive.

Well, this is now the third of fourth time I've purchased these. I won't purchase again. The first time I purchased them, it was spring and they arrived in good shape. Problem was that it was still chilly outside and they basically all died in my pond. The next few times they showed up ok... a few good ones, a few in ok shape, a few basically dead. Still was early in the season, so they all died in my pond anyhow. This time I decided to wait till it was warm enough for the hyacinths to thrive in my pond (July)... unfortunately the arrive all deadl.Moral of the story... if you order early the product has a fair chance of being good to ok, but they will die in your pond because it's too cool. If you wait for it to warm up, they will arrive dead. Not worth it... on top of all of this... They actually require you to return the product (which is really stupid... shipping dead plants back to the seller).Definitely will not order again.

I have bought hyacinth every year for over a decade as they will not survive winter in my area. This year I had trouble getting them locally so tried ordering online. The plants were good sized and had they not been 99% DOA would have been nice. They arrived, I grabbed them from porch right away and open box. It was due to be really hot that day so I had grabbed a bucket of pond water early in day and set it to be cool and allow for plants to adjust before being tossed into main pond.I open the package and plants were pitiful the bulbs that help them float are supposed to be green and plump. All were yellow or brown and soggy mushy. I put plants in bucket. I did note lots of duckweed which since my fish treat duckweed like candy didnt bother me. They gobble it down so duckweed is kinda a bonus. However in under a week the plants are so gone they are not even floating they sank to the bottom of bucket even the duckweed is dead. Not sure if shipping went bad or if it was already gone when shipped Learned my lesson dont buy hyacinth online.

As soon as we got the plants we put them in the pond. They were pretty brown. I’ll have to wait and see if they come back.Disappointed that they were in such poor shape when we got them. Don’t know how long transportation was but I’m sure they were good when shipped. If they don’t recover in a few days I’ll write the seller for a refund. On the positive side: They are a good size and have long roots.
