Very pleased with the quality of this wood. It was a nice dark walnut and with a bit of gunstock wax it matched the other dark walnut in the project perfectly. My first one was lost in delivery, so I ordered a replacement and the vendor quickly provided a refund for the first.

The product arrived in a triangular cardboard box which was bent in the middle. Upon opening I discovered that both pieces i had ordered were snapped in half. Not the best way to shipped a delicate product. I'm not returning them as I need them in short pieces anyway. But someone wanting them whole, may reconsider them.The quality of the product was not the best. One of them did have a portion of a knot in it. That inch or so isn't usable. The rest is straight and acceptable.Overall. I think the product is good and usable. But they need to work on their packaging methods.
