The item was packaged well and once hooked up getting it activated was way easier than expected remotes were included

This is about RV Wholesale Directr, (not wallys) Ordered two wallys. One has DOE the other one lasted about two months..... TRASH HDMI conection VERY LOOSE

I purchased the receiver and dish player via Amazon. I could never get the receiver and dish player to work together. Setup wouldn't finish after several phone calls. Both tech support blamed each other. I filed a complaint against the receiver company to return my funds. Wait times are long! Very frustrating experience. Never used, so I can't provide an full evaluation.
