Heavy duty and sturdy!It was a little persnickety to install but that was one time and we have used it for months since.It was the perfect addition to the laundry area. So on laundry day, it is used and the rest of the week it is out of the way. Perfect!

Went in easy and operates as expected. But the install page seems to think the weight limit is 550 lbs. Not 750 as described in the description.

This purchase was part of my ADHD-fueled spring cleaning urge. We cleaned out and reorganized our garage, hence the purchase of this bad boy. We got this to fit in the back corner of our garage to serve as a temporary table or tool space. (We'll eventually have more pegboards up and tools displayed but here ya go.)You definitely need two people to install this, but it wasn't too difficult as long as you're comfortable with a drill. It's clearly very sturdy and solid. I don't have any doubts about this falling down or not holding up. Our 8-year old was able to put it up and down as well with no issue. Super happy with this purchase!

I used this desk in my 5th wheel so I could work while on the road. It is very sturdy solid wood and opens and closes easily. I had plenty of room for my coffee and a notebook if I needed it as well. Would definitely recommend in travel trailers or in homes where an extra desk is needed from time to time.

I installed this to use for garage storage. I was a little nervous that it might some day just suddenly fold down, dumping everything to the ground. So far, no problem. The latch could use a deeper notch for my comfort, but so far so good. Seem like its ideal use would be for a temporary workspace in the basement or garage, which its advertised primary use. May get another one for that purpose.Installation: Easy as long as you can find the studs. Do not mount with drywall screws. Securing the top was easy. Use a drill and just screw it in from the bottom. There are no pre-drilled holes, so it is very flexible to install.
