Only thing I disliked was that there where only 2 screw holes to fasten the faucet with when roughing in left the faucet a bit loose cause u could be secure the bottom of the valve as well as the top

I sooo wish I could load the pictures. This is gorgeous and just what I was looking for as I am planning to fix my leaky pipes in the master bath and do an overhaul, including adding a free standing tub. So I needed a longer faucet neck to fit the existing wall pipingThis unit is well made.. all the parts needed here and I am now on a long road of working on repairs and upgrades!

I looked and looked for a wall mount tub faucet. I found this faucet and compared it to others. The reason I settled for this one is that it was better quality for the money. I was not disappointed. This is not just some cheap pewter, but solid brass. The handles and filler are made of heavy sturdy material. The only thing that really surprised me was the shut off handles. What surprised me was that usually when turning off a faucet, the rule is, 'right is tight'. Since we were replacing our tub, we didn't have the tub in place after we had installed the faucet so I had my wife hold a bucket under the filler spout just in case the valves weren't in the off position. I'm glad I had her do that, because when I turned the water back on the cold knob was in the on position and water came blasting out. I had it turned to the right because that's the normal and usual position for 'off'. On this particular faucet, however, the off position for the cold water is to the left. I searched for that in the installation instructions and couldn't find it mentioned. I still give it five stars because I'm very pleased with it.
