Very durable. Good cushioning, the air pump is good quality I have worn it on and off 6 months and everything is still working perfectly fine. The extra padding is movable and the Velcro is durable

Ordered this boot because of a plantar fasciitis flare up. I chose this boot based on reviews and it had next day delivery. I wear a size 9 shoe and ordered the size recommended on the sizing chart. It fits perfectly. It’s got heavy duty Velcro straps, so strong that I broke a fingernail prying it off! However, I think that’s a plus and prefer that to the alternative of straps that won’t stick. It has strong support pieces that run up each side of the boot on the outside. This can be uncomfortable after awhile but they provide extra padding for that. The air pump is easy to use and has a valve to deflate. Overall the boot is fairly lightweight, comfortable and supportive. I’ve used it for walking outdoors on a gravel road with no issues.

This walking boot gives pretty good support. The inflation button popped off at one point and I was able to put it back on with a good firm squeeze. (I had to remove the boot to replace the button) It is better than wearing a splint because at least I could move around a bit easier, but the bottom is pretty flat, not as rounded as you might expect. Before purchasing I read reviews that said to buy a little larger if your foot size is at the top of the range for that size. I wear an 8.5 US Womens shoe and purchased a size Medium boot. The boot was a good inch and a half longer than my foot. I would have done better to get the Small boot. I wore it for 3 weeks before I could get in to see a foot doctor and he immediately told me that the short boots are much less safe than a taller boot as one wrong step and you could "snap your leg". He gave me a taller boot that is much easier to walk in.So, in review....better to get a taller boot with a rounder bottom. This one is better than a splint, but not much.

I sustained a non-weight-bearing leg injury and sought a suitable boot compatible with my scooter. This boot met all requirements; its buckles are smoothly designed, providing comfortable support while kneeling on the scooter, and the pump is conveniently located on the side. Furthermore, the boot's excellent quality ensures a secure and snug fit, maintaining proper alignment without impeding scooter use or causing knee discomfort. Highly recommend!

One of the strap loops broke on the podiatrist-purchased boot so I had to find a replacement. I thought I'd tried a short boot, but it didn't end up working for me. The boot itself is really good. Comfortable and easy to put on and take off.

It protects your foot and fits to size. The pump adds stability around your ankle. I have a sneaker with heel and a flat sandal with 2 inch flat heel to help balance. If you don't have a shoe to balance, buy the lift sandal that straps on to your shoe. That piece is light like a flip flop. The boot is heavy but I have been using a cane to help keep balanced moving around to avoid leaning to one side. You may not need to do that but I felt more comfortable doing it. Only part I do not like is the 3rd strap wraps around to the outside back.makes it hard to grip to take off. Great value and vendor shipped right away!

First time I use this boot cast after several hours my heel hurts a lot 8/10 pain score. I couldn't lift my foot because of the severe pain i encountered at my heel. it hurts my heel a lot. But in all fairness, the affected tendons was well secured.

Boot Size: L, then XLMy Foot Size: 10-1/2 4E, Men, USHeight/Weight: 6', 250 lbI am wearing this for a badly sprained ankle. It certainly has done the trick for keeping the foot and ankle padded, immobile and protected.SIZING ISSUE:According to the size chart, as a 10-1/2 4E, the large (L) was what I needed, and that's what I got. After wearing it all day, my foot hurt overall in the way one's feet hurt from wearing shoes or boots that are juuuuust a bit too small. I'm embarrassed to say it took me a couple days to realize it was the width. So I ordered the XL, which is what I'm wearing now.The XL is perfect for my double extra-wide Flintstone feet. The hard shell part of the boot goes a good two inches past the end of the padded part, so I just need to be a little careful to not get it hooked on something, but that was also true of the large.Overall fit, Large: the foot part of the padded liner just barely had enough room to velcro the flap in place without it being too tight. After strapping in to the hard shell, the heel was also a hare too tight.Overall fit, XLarge: there is plenty of overlap in the foot flap of the soft liner to get it however snug or loose I need it, and once the liner is on, and I'm strapped in to the hard shell, there is a world of difference. There is a lot more leeway for overall adjustment. On the large, it was so snug overall, I never messed with the inflatable part. On the XL, I have it just slightly inflated, but not even sure that's necessary. The XL is quite comfortable.Summary: Two thumbs up. I'm not a doctor of course, but for sizing it seems better to err on the side of a little big than small, because it won't be long before the whole foot is sore, which stinks on top of a sprained ankle. Also, considering the price compared to getting one from an orthopedist, I'm very, very happy with it.
