I paid more for this one versus another listing just to get the 10mm thread. It arrived and I of course installed it before installing the shifter knob. It did not fit because the shifter that I received was 12mm. Now open and covered in grease, it is now mine. Check before you install it, if the thread pitch is important.

This part is garbage. Only gave it one star because there wasn't any lower. Didn't make it 2 miles and the bottom broke off had to pull the vehicle home. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Not happy. Works, sorta. Could have built a better product from pictures of a good product. Save your money and buy a real shifter.

The shifter did not work very poorly built and was another peace of junk from China I found a used original VW shifter that works very well. thanks

This was an excellent choice to replace my forty year old shifter. The shipping packaging was done very well to protect the product. The shifter works excellent!
