Excellent fit, makes the car look modern and I haven't had any issues while shifting or using it for my shiftronic. Definitely recommend this item if you have a E46 and want to tune it a lil bit!

Only thing is it’s clanky but compared to oem it’s much lighter and feels better just makes a annoying click noise when rod gets pushed down by the button but maybe I can swap the oem stuff into this one

Prod inside of this shifter is thinner than e46 original one. This means that I can pull the shifter out at any position and also I can sway it back and forth and it has movement. So if you have e46 325i 2006 this will not work. Will be returning this and getting another one.
