This simple VRIG "Selfie Stick" looks good and works well. It extends quickly and easily from around 11 inches to around 53 inches, by simply pulling out the end of the stick ... or pushing it back in, again. I appreciate the extra length of this selfie stick, which is longer than some I looked at. Since it's not always easy to make a "walk with me" selfie video ... and know whether or not I'm actually IN the camera viewfinder, now I can extend the stick ... be more certain that I'll be in the viewfinder somewhere, and I can crop, and/or zoom in and out, especially when I shoot video in 4k.This stick has a nice "rubberized" grip that is easy to hold securely. The actual stick, itself, is made from aluminum. This makes the stick relatively sturdy, but still light. However, don't abuse this stick when it's extended and bend the stick ... that'll ruin it's ability to easily extend and retract.With the 1/4 x 20 threaded screw on the top of this selfie stick, I can easily attach my dslr or my Osmo Pocket 3. I don't have an "action camera," but if YOU do, there is an attachment included with this selfie stick to attach your camera.

This selfie stick feels of good quality. The grip is great and very easy to hold onto. It pulls out and extends easily and holds in place at the desired length. No complaints, works great!
