I like the product a lot it does the job and works well. There’s an override key incase the battery’s dead and no power. The bag is actually bigger than i anticipated and can hold a bit more paper than expected. Overall great product for the price

I like my safe because no one can steal my money and my valuables. It is safe in the box. The safe is very easy to use.

Excellent Product! The seller is very kind and sent a follow up email in thanks and offered additional support if needed. Wish this safe had a way to secure it to the ground or wall, but otherwise we love it. It's perfect

It's a great little unit. It's smaller than I imagined (my fault, not the product). Mine is jammed with my stuff, but I g9t the door closed.The "safety envelope " doesn't hold a standard trifolded paper document.

There was a card in the box saying "resolve any issues within 12 hours." That did not happen in my case, unfortunately. Sent the problem details to the email address on the card 43 hours ago, and I still have had no response from them. So ONE STAR for customer support, sadly. The problem with the safe box was that the bottom exterior was "crinkled." Hard to explain. Basically it looked like something really heavy had scrunched it a little, causing the metal bottom to create a wrinkle. I think the integrity of the box is still ok, and we won't have to SEE the metal wrinkle all the time because it's on the bottom, but still... that was what I was trying (as of now, still unsuccessfully) to contact their Support Team about. Oh, I should also say: the intended function of the box seems ok. So four or four-and-one-half stars for that. But averaged with the ONE STAR customer support rating comes out to the three stars I rated the overall transaction.
