Ordered this to secure the few valuables we have. Easy to install inside the wall and fit flat against the wall so a painting can be hung and you would never know there is a safe there. Like having the option of a PIN number or a key. Key for one of us that can’t remember the pin!

Firstly i received the item , it was damaged. I returned it for replacement but the replaced item had again some issues. The matter was taken up with Amazon who assured to resolve the issue but till date it was not done by them. I have some days left for replacement/refund. In case the issue is not resolved till then, i shall have no option but to ask for a refund.
