The set includes two plastic anchors and two poles. Each anchor is inserted into each pole, and the anchor is then stuck into the ground. The first time we attempted to move the pole to address the net sagging, we had to lift the anchor out of the ground, and the anchor broke off into the ground. This happened with each anchor immediately before we ever played volleyball using the net. As a result, the poles cannot be secured into the ground, and the set is practically useless. It is very cheaply made, and I regret the purchase.

The net came in a timely manner. Good quality. But the ball that was included was no good. Pumped it up and it would not stay inflated. So if you order make sure you have a spare ball.

Does it work as a volleyball net? Yes. BUT. We've had it almost two weeks and both stakes at the end of the poles have broken. One of the side posts was missing a drill hole. (We drilled a new hole so the pieces could connect together.) Some of the adjusters on the rope supports were threaded incorrectly--which we also fixed. They do still loosen over time. The stakes at the end of the support ropes are so flimsy they can be bent by hand. Overall, it works but I do really question if it'll even make it through this summer.

Purchased for my 9 year old granddaughter, the net is nice, actually bigger than she needed. We doubled it over though, and its really nice. The kids loved it. Comes with a ball too.

Great customer service. They were quick to set up. I had an issue with some sand bags ripping, but they sent a replacement quickly, no hassle.
