I like the idea of having a visual cue target to help aim your serves (above the net and below this red line). However, the nets we have at our gym have really bad antennas, some that are more filmsy or are not attached well due to broken contact points at the bottom, and hence they are taped to to the net and hence the spacing might be off. The problem is that the black loops might "pull" and bend the antennas towards the middle of the net. I wonder if an improved version of this would be one where you could "adjust" the length a little bit (ie, give it some extra slack if need be?) while still keeping a fairly linear line above and across the net without it dipping.

This band isn’t long enough to stretch between two antennas at a normal width on the net, easily came off the antennas when balls are being served and clip the band.

This "extender rope" is great for practicing a tougher volleyball serve with a flatter trajectory. Simply attach it near the top of the antenna on both sides and slide it to the desired height. Then, have your team practice serving between the top of the net and the rope. It attaches easy to the antenna with velcro sewn to each end. It is fairly strong elastic and is tight between the antenna, which can bend your antennas a bit (depending on the type you have). Be cautious that you don't make your antennas "bow," but it serves its purpose (no pun intended).

I love the adjustable net extender rope, particularly for working on tough serving and attacking at a high contact point. A simple design that's easy to attach to both pins, it can be slid up and down to various heights as needed. Highly recommend.
