This is very cute and convenient. Definitely a good value for the money. It’s soft and won’t irritate the baby’s neck. The Velcro is nice on the back but it’s not super easy to pull off in case of emergency. My baby couldn’t move away from the bottle but I was always supervising him. It holds the bottle very snug and doesn’t slide around. I could imagine it could be dangerous since the baby can’t get the bottle out of his mouth. For that reason I have it 3 stars. I didn’t use this very much because my baby started choking once even though I was right there to pull the bottle out of the slot, it was very scary. For older babies, the handles are great, as long as you don’t Velcro it so they can hold it up and move it away from their mouth when they want to but I don’t suggest this for small babies. I used wipes to spot clean but didn’t use it enough to need to wash it.

I know you're not supposed to prop bottles but this was seriously a life saver! We first got it before going on a long road trip but continued to use it at home to feed the baby while doing housework, caring for the toddler, etc. You have to remove a small piece of fabric for the velcro to work and it is strong once that fabric strip is removed. We used the phillips avent bottles and this held them perfectly.

Whoever thought of this is a genius! Perfect for busy parents who can supervise their baby feedings but need their hands free to work, clean, etc. for safety you will want to supervise any feedings in strollers/car seats, bassinets, swings, etc to avoid smaller baby’s not being able to move it. Functionality is great for multi purpose use, comfort is great for fragile skin and fits perfectly with the Velcro adjustments

My son is 7 months old and refuses to hold his own bottle. He was combo fed with breastfeeding /breastmilk with bottle/formula) for 6 months but now that we are fully formula, I find that I can't get anything done. Although I love to bond with my baby while feeding him, sometimes I just have to get ready for work, or get dinner ready. With this he is content, watching dancing fruit. He loves playing with the little ear part of it while he eats, and he seems to be able to push out of his mouth just fine which is a worry I had (possible choking because he couldn't get it out of his mouth). We use the 8 oz Dr.Brown bottles and it fits great. I keep a close eye on him while he uses it just in case and I take it off immediately after he is done eating, so we have not had any issues with it for safety concerns.

This pillow is a great help to provide support to feed a baby. It allows for both long and short bottles. I found the pillow to be useful at times when I needed to hands free (however) this pillow device should really be used with caution.Please note: I use a long bottle and the pillows device where to insert the bottle is sturdy and secure, this means you CANNOT leave your baby unattended. If your baby needs to cough, burp and or sips too fast on the bottle, they will not be able to remove the bottle, rather slip the nipple of the bottle to the side. In my opinion, this product if used improperly can present a choking hazard.Additionally, there is a piece of cloth attached to the Velcro area, you need to pull it off in order for the Velcro to be visible. There are no instructions advising of this, I read it on a review so I knew in advance of what to do.Overall great support pillow when used properly!

My baby loves this! It's soft and so useful! It fits around her neck comfortably and its easy to set up. I reccomend this 100%. We have Dr Brown's bottles. The bottles fit perfectly.
