This saved us on a recent international trip. It inflates and deflates easily and quickly and works perfectly as both a nursing pillow and a surface to rest baby on during the flight while they (not you!) are sleeping. It was a lifesaver on the plane and for use on the go. Highly highly recommend!

My SIL had this at our last family gathering and let me try it out. It's perfect for putting in the diaper bag for travel. I love the back support and the tightening strap that keeps it nice and close. It blows up quickly and easily and is easy to fold and put away in its case. Haven't needed to wash it yet, but it's just a cover you can take on and off, so should be fairly easy.

I use the Brest Friend regularly and was so happy to find this inflatable version. I use this pillow for going out. I keep it in my diaper bag and it easily inflates. I just took it on vacation and it was a life saver. My tip to you is to not fully inflate it when flying to avoid it popping. It gets bigger with the air pressure.

I only used it once so far but this pillow is great! Its compact, blows up easily and I had read some reviews that said it did not stay blown up but so far mine has! Its not “as” cozy as a plush breastfeeding pillow but for on the go inflatable pillow its fantastic! I love the little pocket to put my phone or my baby’s soother in there while I feed. I went to an arena and my baby slept on the pillow on me for over an hour very comfortably! Love it, highly recommend if you are a mom on the go or travelling!

I am mad at myself for not buying this when travelling with my first born. On a recent week long solo trip with my 3 month old, I used this in the airports, on the flights, and at the hotel. It was a lifesaver (and arm saver)! It inflates so easily, maybe 5 or 6 breaths. It deflates and rolls back up into its carrying case easily too. Very comfy for nursing, and then my baby slept in my arms on the pillow the entire flight and we were with very comfy. I didn't have any issues with air leaking. I'm plus size and was still able to use the belt without issue, and the back support was really nice. Absolutely no complaints.

Bought for plane travel and worked fine for the majority of the trip, but cumbersome to inflate and leaks easily from seams. Would not purchase again. Used my regular nursing pillow on subsequent travel.

Used this breastfeeding pillow on an international trip with my 3 month old. It was super easy to blow up and use on the airplane. It provided a great surface for my lap infant to sleep on so I didn't have to hold him or baby wear him the whole time (he is a little heater, so we both get too warm if I use a baby carrier for too long). I was able to use the infant lap belt with this pillow and it made me feel like he was safe and comfortable. This was a great solution and made it so easy to feed him during the flights! I have started using it at home and in the car as well.

Este cojín para mí ha sido la mejor compra de lactancia que he hecho, yo la uso únicamente cuando salimos de casa, así puedo darle de comer a mi bebé en el coche, avión/aeropuerto, plaza comercial y sin tener que perder un brazo y la espalda en el intento. En casa uso un cojín de lactancia normal, pero este invento de verdad que te puede salvar el día y dejar de andar buscando una sala de lactancia o un sillón más o menos cómodo. 100% recomendado!

I loved the idea of this inflatable breast pillow as it is very portable. It was amazing for travel however it did hold air very long at all. I constantly had to air it up cause it has a slow leak. I could never find the leak. Returned one and got a replacement and it did the same thing. Once they hold air for longer periods of time these will be a must have for breastfeeding mamas.

I liked this breast feeding pillow because I could wipe it off and keep it available in the car. Another feature I liked is that it attaches to you (with a webbing belt) which is handy to keep it from sliding out. Unfortunately, after not much use, the seam has split and I have no idea how I’d repair it. For the cost I would have hoped it would have made it through one kid, but it hasn’t. It’s been used about a dozen times.

I used the same brand for my first baby and was happy with it so I bought another one for my second baby. However the inflatable version disappointed me as it was broken simply after using it for two months
