Broke after 6 months. Locking mechanism not functioning properly. Even though sign shows lock but someone is able to open the door. Not happy

This is one beautiful, heavy duty door handle! I installed mine on the door leading into my utility room—what a huge upgrade!! It really looks (and feels) great.It was incredibly easy to install—probably took less than 5 minutes (I just replaced the existing doorknob so I didn’t have to use any other tools than a screwdriver).This is definitely an excellent, high quality door handle. Looks great!

We were given a good amount of freedom in procurement by a long time hospitality client on this project, so I decided to get creative and take risk. These looked like something that would exceed their expectations from the nice looking pictures and the function of the indicator and privacy lockset in one. I've seen nothing else on the market like these and trust me I looked. Simple, elegant, no complicated frills, just works and looks good. They're not ADA-compliant (this brand sells ones that are) due to needing to lock with a 90 degree thumb turn and opening the door in 2 movements (instead of ADA's one), thumb turn back and lever down (or up). But I didn't need that compliance for this project, and heck, they look and work great. FYI: I looked on their site and they actually have matching passage locks in the same form factor and finish at VERY reasonable prices.

I've been replacing several door handles across our house and my wife had mentioned she wanted lever handles on the doors where we bring in groceries and items from outdoors as they are easier to open with full hands. I really like this handle as there is no loose play in any of the parts and the actual turn of the handle is really smooth while still being consistent in where the lock is disengaged. I also like the styling handle with clean lines. My wife has also mentioned how much she likes the new handle.

Great lock! Was everything I was looking for.I needed to get a lock for a 55+ community pool bathroom. I only saw the indicators in big chains bathrooms and on airplanes. I thought they would have to be an extra hole in the door and super expensive. But this lock not only goes into the same hole in the door and isn't super expensive, but it's nice looking and easy to install. Everyone loves it!

I was wanting a way of indicating our pool bathroom was occupied or not, and this does the trick.Although quite expensive at this time considering the build quality and lack of permanent lock options on the outside, it serves its purpose for me.The handle itself doesn't feel as sturdy as the standard handle I replaced it with, and the locking mechanism also feels a bit cheap.Keep in mind that the privacy lock CAN be unlocked with any hard flat object from the outside. Likely for safety reasons considering the use of such an item, but that needs to be said.Again, if you've been wanting a bathroom or other type of door lock that can indicate if the room is in use or not, this is great, and perfect for the poolside bathroom.

These are new. I like the brand and bought their other locks for our office restrooms before. Had no problems and the ease of mind having the indicator brought to everyone was palpable. We had regular door knobs at the office before Vizilok's. Everyone had to knock to know whether they could use the rooms. We're a small team, but nobody wanted to be THAT intimate (Stacy didn't need to know how Mike sounded).I have to say these new square locks seem even better built than their older models. Simple and elegant. No looseness. I got it for the restroom on the main floor that everyone uses most of the time, especially guests. Glad I did. Easter is going to be way more civil without the handle-tugging, knocking, and yelling through the door. Great job with quick and easy setup.
