The 6x9 size is great and I use it for my water bottle to get it out of the way so I can see my monitors.I have the 24x12 size as well to make room for my desktop.Both are very sturdy and well made.

I live in a small apartment as a college student and needed an extension to my desk to help support working remote, homework, and hobbies. I bought this thinking it would be perfect for my monitor since the weight limit is 40lbs. While putting it together I was super excited for this hack as I’ve been desperately trying to make my tiny desk work. Steps 1-3 were a breeze and I was already getting ready to write a raving review. Step 4 absolutely ruined the entire product. The actual clamp mechanism comes ‘assembled’ but not how it’s supposed to for this product and the instructions tell you to deconstruct the clamp and reconstruct it in a different configuration before installing it onto the board and hinge. Clamp one was a little rough and it took some messing with different screwdriver sizes to get them out but eventually I was able to get them screws loose, move around the pieces to be as the instructions said and screwed it all back together. Yippee - not. The second clamp, for whatever nonsense reason, was screwed together so tight that I spent 30 mins and tried about 5 different size Phillips head and a flathead before the screw was completely stripped on the inside and I just gave up. I mean WTF. 1. Why did the clamps come assembled but not correctly? 2. WHAT HULK decided to screw everything so tight together for something that was meant to be disassembled no less!! Long story short, I have one side correctly assembled and clamped to my desk and the other duct taped on because I could not be bothered to go through getting everything disassembled, packaged up, taken to a return store, and reorder a new one that will likely have the same problem. Thoughts a prays to anyone who gives this a go, genuinely would’ve been a 5 star review if they hadn’t came up with some weird disassembling puzzle and tasked hulk with a putting it together.

A very good product made with care and durability in mind. I adapted it to my travel trailer table and it fits perfectly. The bonus for me was the drawer; It was pre assembled and is out of sight when installed.

Surprised how solid it was with the combined weight of the board and drawer! The pressure plates on the clamps were a little too big but that was my bad since I didn’t measure (hit the bar under my desk). I DID HOWEVER buy new pressure plates for the clamps that were a bit smaller and now everything fits!Also if you’re wondering if it’s easy to assemble, I basically had to keep reassembling it a few time before realizing I needed smaller pressure plates, and that took no time at all.Great product, easy to assemble, very happy to have the extra room and a very sleek drawer for my desk now

Bought this a month ago, only just had opportunity to put it together and try to use it. Attached it to my desk and placed a keyboard on it (applied zero weight) and it broke into pieces as pictured. Very poor quality, really disappointed about this product.
