This is a great kit for anyone looking to get started with amigurumi. The instructions are great quality and it comes with everything you need to get the job done. The yarn is quite soft and strong too. Makes a great gift as well. I would recommend.

This is a great kit for beginners learning how to Crotchet. I am not very good with anything involving yarn or fabric, but this was very easy to pick up and complete. The directions are extremely easy to follow, and there is more than enough yarn - you don't need to worry about running out in the very end. The finished product turned out great, and fits in perfect in my kid's room!

This was a great gift for my 10 year old daughter. It has instructions she is able to follow as she learns how to crochet. They kit comes with everything to make the animal. It is fun for kids of all ages

Cute little gift for anyone who likes crafting. It was easy to follow the instructions and came with everything needed. I got it for an adult but based on their feedback they thought it would be a good kids craft as well.

My 20 year old daughter has been crocheting for a few years. She has made me beautiful blankets, a sweater and a frog. She keeps calling me chicken for some reason, so I decided to get this two pack chick crochet kit as a joke, but also as something we could do together so she could help me (I am a complete beginner).She finished her chick (the yellow one) in a day. She decided to loosely follow the instructions. Then she had to guide me through the process because I became so frustrated. There is a QR code to watch videos, but they moved too quickly and I had to keep pausing to try to see what the person was doing. My daughter ended up making my magic rings because I couldn't figure it out. I also didn't understand the printed instructions (how many stitches and the types of stitches for each row), so I gave up several times and then just decided to also loosely follow the instructions and not go for perfection.Neither my daughter nor I wanted to attempt the red crown top thing so I just copied what my daughter did.What I love about this kit:* Two chicks so you can do them together with another person or you can attempt one, then do a second to practice your crocheting skills.* Comes with all the supplies, including a nice crochet hook. My daughter thought I should use one of hers instead though because it would be easier for me as a beginner to hold the other style instead of the one that came with the kit.* Videos if you are a visual learner and can keep up with the speed. I slowed the speed down and also paused the first video repeatedly then decided the videos were only frustrating me so I didn't watch any more.My ball of green yarn was cut and tied (see my review photos). My daughter's ball of yellow yarn was not like this.Overall, if you have patience and really want to learn to crochet, this is a great kit!

These adorable dolphins come in 2 colors each, white and either pink or blue. I got these to help my kids learn crocheting and they LOVE them! Anything we didn't understand we found a youtube tutorial for. This set comes complete with counters to help keep you from loosing your spot as you go!!! These keep the learning fun and light. They are great quality and a good value! I highly recommend!!!
