Our cat has what can be described as weapons-grade poop for the way the smell can clear a room, even when scooped immediately. We have to crack a window, light a match, and run an ionic air purifier for over an hour just to get rid of the lingering smell (nothing wrong at the vet). I’ve even gone through 5+ odor eliminating sprays, none of which can touch this smell. She seems to have a couple food allergies, so food options for her are very limited. We still had some of her current food left, so before the hassle of trying to switch her to another brand, I decided to try probiotics first to see if it would help with the smell. We had borrowed Flora Cat from a relative once when she was on an antibiotic, so we decided to go with that again. I like how it has 10 strains and 10 billion CPU which is a higher amount than many others on the market.I started by mixing just 1/4 scoop into her wet food the first couple days, then moving up to 1/2 scoop, then nearly a full scoop to make sure she can tolerate it. Luckily she’s so obsessed with her wet food that mixing this in is not a deterrent at all, she ate it right up as usual.Unfortunately, it’s been nearly 2 weeks (wanted to give it time to establish in her system) but it hasn’t helped the smell. I didn’t think this was possible, but the smell actually seems to have gotten a little stronger! Not necessarily a fault of the product, just didn’t work for our specific kitty’s issues. The plan will be to stop the probiotic then transition her to a different food and see if that helps instead - but it was worth a shot.

I put this in my cat's wet food every day. Keeps his tummy in good shape. I do not use the giant spoon they give you. I use a lot less and it is fine.

I used the entire container of Flora Cat Probiotic, about 30 servings. The product is like brown grainy sand? The huge volume amount filler of dry gum arabic first ingredient to dilute the potency? Why would so much product at one serving, nearly *(4 )* GRAMS of oversize scoop product for a dose? That's about 3 times more than I, a 125 lb human take in my 1 small white Capsule of daily Probiotics. The label print on the container is ridiculous tiny , it's completely unreadable, even with magnifiers. Why would any oral consumable supplement mfg. important print be 4 point type? , Who can read the ingredients, seems like the mfg doesn't want the buyer to know the contents on purpose. The extreme high cost and zerp value received is a terrible waste of money. My Kittys constipation continued unchanged, until I had to use Lactolase. Flora cat probiotic did not work for her Chronic constipation considering the large volume she consumed in her food every day.

Our cat picked us as his pet parents. He was a stray. When we finally got him to come in the house we discovered that he really had a bad constipation problem. Had to go to vet to help him. I was determined to correct this problem and had experimented with different items. Pumpkin, miralax, psyllium fiber. The missing component for him was this probiotic. Within 2 days of the other items and this he has turned around. I put 1/2 of the dispenser cup in each meal twice a day and he is one happy camper

She is so tiny, there's no way to get a full scoop into her, plus she doesn't like strange things she's not used to. So I am using a syringe, I dump some of the power in it, then suck up some water and shake it up to make it liquid. Her appetite has improved noticeably. She's always been a tiny girl, probably because when I rescued her off the streets in our neighborhood, she was just skin and bones. I think that did something to her and she's never been a big eater. Using this probiotic am pretty sure helped her system and now she will eat more than usual, but is still a light weight girl. I DO recommend you give it a try for digestive help.

I highly recommend this for all cats! In less than a week my cat that wasn’t thriving is completely changed! She was on heavy antibiotics last year for an infection in her lungs. That cleared up after 3 rounds of medicine but after she never fully was herself. She is only one year old. Her sister had the same medicine and seemed to bounce back fine after the meds. My older cat has digestive issues sometimes. I started them on the cat flora and in a few days all three are the best I have ever seen them and in such a short time!!! Plus they love it!! I personally add to water and use syringe so I know they are getting all of it I want them to have. You can put it on food too if that’s easier. Anyways I wish I had used this a long time ago. I will continue daily doses. Thank you for making such a great product!!!!
