Was hoping this would help my cat, but unfortunately, she wouldn't eat it. She's a picky eater, so maybe another kitty would? No idea if it is helpful as she wouldn't eat it.

I think you need to change your question. It's unlikely that anyone who can decide whether the product tastes good will be testing it, since it's intended for cats.

The packets were easy to open and distribute on my cats food. Unfortunately, after 5 days they decided to no longer eat food that had this on it even though I mixed it in. My vet gave me samples before I bought the pouch. My cats are picky eaters.

My vet put my cat Sunny on it for stomach issues (constipation). He goes regularly now and so I have continued sprinkling about half a tube on his food. But the crazy part is that Sunny loves the taste of it. He can be a picky eater but when he sees me sprinkle it on his food he immediately comes over and starts eating. This will definitely be a part of his diet from now on.

I have a cat that struggles with bouts of diarrhea and constipation which began when I MISTAKENLY trusted a vet who gave her antibiotics as a kitten. Long story short and after tests, trying LOTS of foods. etc I found this product at the reccomdation from another Vet and it's great! Not only will she eat it on her food, (which is a very big deal) it REALLY gives her what she is needing to be healthy. What a difference it has made!!! It is balancing out her gut and giving her better nutrition which I can see in her behavior and coat.

I have an elderly cat with a host of medical issues. My vet prescribed Synacore for her Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome. It worked well, but it was a bit expensive. I was thrilled and shocked when I found it on Amazon for half the price of what I had been paying from the vet's office. It is identical to what I purchased there. (I literally compared them side by side.)I have purchased it through Amazon twice without any issues at all. The expiration dates are always far in the future. There is no difference in the quality or even packaging.

I wanted to add to my previous review. My vet sent me home with this for my cat, who has developed chronic pancreatitis. She thought there may be an underlying bowel disorder. I frankly can't afford the cost of tests to look for bowel disease; but Coco is eating food mixed with the powder and has been doing much better. She threw up once yesterday, now two months after the diagnosis. I notice her coat looks much better--before it was unthrifty, and now is quite soft and smooth. An unexpected side benefit! Sometimes it is hard to coax her to eat, so I bought a few other things to try. She really loves bonito, sold as a cat treat. Bonito comes in dried flakes--the Japanese use it to make the base for soup, along with a certain type of seaweed. Sometimes I sprinkle some of that on top of her food, and she will often eat not only the bonito, but more of her cat food.
