以前はホーロー鍋でスープを作っていたのですが、焦げ付くので買い換えました。するとどうでしょう。ガスは弱火でも十分なスープができます！毎週スープを煮込むので、めちゃくちゃ感激しました。あと、外から様子が見えるのがなんかいいです。熱が伝わっていく様子が目に見えるというか、こうやって中で対流が起きているのだな、と見えると安心するし、次からどうやって具材いれようかなって考えられました。目にもうれしいお鍋です。

炊飯器でなく、鍋でビリヤニを作りたくて購入しました。本体がガラスなので中身がよく見えて、沸騰してきたとか、焦げ付いてきたとか、分かりやすいのが購入の決めてでしたが、蓄熱せいが高いため、火を消しても直ぐには温度が下がることがないため、よって焦げていることに気がついたときには手遅れとなります。お粥をたくと、高さがあるため吹き零れることなく、上手に美味しくたけますし、煮込み料理には最適です。

ずっと迷って3.5lを買いました。お米も美味しく炊けるし使えます。焦げつきやすいと聞いてましたが、始めから弱火で途中混ぜるとシチューも大丈夫です。普通の鍋とは火加減等使い方が違います。

パスタ二人前がすっぽりいい感じです茹でるとき見た目もかわいいご飯炊いたらコゲがこびりついたけどたぶん擦ればとれる
