I've owned this machine for 8 years now. I'm on my second motor replaced the switch inside the handle and just replaced the cord on the machine today for $186.00 doing the work my self with the exception of the motor which was under warranty. Overall I am pleased with this machine at a cost factor. I've found them for 1399.00 out there.

Our product was first delivered broken and the issue was taken care of IMMEDIATELY and with no fuss! The Buffer works great is very durable (the broken part was due to poor shipper) and we love it!
