This sextant is a perfect gift for my son, who has a sailboat he made himself. It is both useful (if he learns to use it)) and a great trip into a past without computers, wi-fi, or even electricity. In other words, in case of a power failure it is just as useful as ever. And, by the way, it is beautiful!
